The teachers are very understanding and patient even when our three year old has been acting out a little, they normalize some if these behaviors and that makes us feel better. They worked with us to try and resolve some issues and the advice given has helped us and our child."

"The teachers are fine, the curriculum is fine. The menu is lacking and the food often looks gross. Soup is not a good meal for little kids and is lazy. The director is horrendous. She is rude, unprofessional and not willing to help when there is a problem. Even her emails are not professional. The prices go up every year and the quality of care is going down."

"Now that we’ve been with ChildTime for a while, I can say that the Yelp reviews seem to go along with the tendency of how people usually leave reviews when the’re not happy about services received. While ChildTime is not perfect, I think they do a pretty good job, and the teachers and staff seem to really care, and do their best. The teachers seem content, but even if they weren’t don’t take it out on the kids (at least from what i can tell). There are no other childcare centers in the area that provides before/after school care (other than nanny or inhome care—which are already pretty limited anyway since they’re already taken up), so I can’t wholeheartedly say I’d choose ChildTime if there was actually some competition."

She is consistently RUDE and not approachable (unless you want to get yelled at). There is no individualized care for the kids. The rates keep going up and the level of care is substandard."
