"The experience was terrible. I had an issue with the website and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. When I originally looked at a laser site and got a price quote, a message popped up and said that it was eligible for free shipping. As I was going throught the checkout process, I got a message that shipping charges would be taken off at the end of checkout. This didn't happen. So of course, this added so much to the overall price that they were no longer as competitive as they first appeared to be. In an email, they said too bad and that the order couldn't be cancelled. If I returned the product, I'd pay a restocking fee plus more shipping, so it's not worth it. They got their sale, but have a very unhappy customer who will never return nor recommend them."
