"I was shopping for a Sony HDR-CX500V camcorder, and, at the time of my purchase, the Camera Kings price was more than 15% lower than Amazon, B&H, etc. So, although I hadn't purchased from them before, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did.
I placed the order online on Monday, 12/12, and received e-mail confirmation immediately. On Tuesday, I got a call from a sales rep to confirm the order. He did offer me an extended battery, but I declined it, and that was that. Soon after the call I got another e-mail saying that my order was processed. Tuesday evening the order was shipped, and I received on Friday. The item was new in original packaging, with Sony warranty card and everything.
It was a truly flawless shopping experience, and I would certainly be willing to buy from Camera Kings again.
Oh, and the camcorder is absolutely great, I couldn't be more pleased."

"Customer service held my order at first claiming "Verification issues" and forced me to call them to verify the order, at which point I was pressured to purchase upgrades and accessories (batteries, SD cards, extended warranties, etc.) After adding a second battery to my order they processed my purcahse as a "Package" deal. Upon getting my order, I found out the the second battery that I added (and sold as a super deluxe extended life battery for $60) could have been bought elsewhere for under $20."

On December 28 I called Camera Kings and spoke with Tommy. I explained that I did not read all the specs on the camera I ordered. I asked about a return/upgrade. He told me no problem gave me instruction for a return He said as soon as they get the original camera back they would send a new one. This is excastly wht they did. Time from point of origin and point of destination 11 Days including holiday and weekend. Camera Kings need to be proud to have a person like Tommy on staff."

However the camera was returned to you and never delivered to me via UPS because the street address was wrong on the order. The rep did not verify the street address for delivery when I gave it to him, therefore it was incomplete and now a week later, I don't have the camera I needed for a special occasion this weekend.
