"Horrible experience - do not order from here...
Ordered a 60" Pioneer KURO Plasma TV October 3, 2009 - was upsold the wrong 3 year warranty for the TV ($3700 and below) - customer service denies the mistake and won't fix.
Shipper holds TV in their local warehouse for two weeks before being able to deliver - delivers and the TV screen is cracked top to bottom and diagnonally across the corners. Send Customer service numerous pictures of damage to the TV and shipping box. Am strung along by customer service for over 45 days while waiting for shipper insurance to move on claim - have just been told shipper is denying claim - I am being forced to sue the store to recover money.

In response to Camera Kings post of 12/17/09:
1) The TV was signed for as "received" - there was never any reference made nor representation made about the condition of the TV upon its delivery. My wife wouldn't know what to look for... We have later learned that shipping documents related to the condition of the TV were altered by a third party indicating its "perfect" condition. This represents yet another violation of trust or business ethics.
2) Despite your claim to the contrary - No full refund has been issued - your statement is a complete lie.
3) Despite the claim in your post - the TV HAS NOT been picked up - again, a complete lie.
When approaching your Customer Service Department
about these issues after your post - your response to me is - "There was an error with the order numbers. Your complaint is still under investigation."
Please just issue me a credit to my credit card for this transaction and let's move on.

"The order was processed swiftly and effectively. I do not like surprises so when I got a call about no memory included and was I aware that very special ultra high speed memory was required for full features. This put me off a bit, don't like last second surprises. Felt that when all was said and done I paid inflated price for memory since I was caught unaware and mildly pressured to add memory to order.
Otherwise would purchase from CameraKing again but be a good deal more wary of conditions needed for full utility of camera."
"Very disappointing service. This is Mukunth and I have ordered a Canon Vixia HF-200 order number is H1137542-1128. I have received the camcorder however It is VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING to see the other promised items (like a pouch, tripod, lens cleaning kit) have not sent.
After a complaint raised on 4th dec, Camerakings has responded on 9th Dec and sent the same. Sad part is am already out of country (USA).
I have got a better deals in other site if i was ready to compromise the kit. I almost paid $20 to 30 bucks more compared to other deals to get the kit included. I will definetly write back to YAHOO Shopping as I got redirected to your site from Yahoo.

"I was leery of placing an order with Camera Kings due to some of the reviews that I have read. But the price was too good to pass up. I ordered a Sony receiver on the 8th. I got a call from their customer service department within a few hours wanting to verify credit card number and billing address. After verifying he asked if I wanted a warranty explaining that they were not an authorized dealer and Sony would not honor their warranty. I accepted and he asked if i needed any cables and I declined. He thanked me for my order and hung up. My receiver came yesterday (Dec 10th). Brand new as advertised and works great. My only complaint is their website, I cannot find a way to review my purchase details. But all in all a great experience and will continue to shop with this company."

"It's December 10th and I already received my order!!! I don't think I've ever gotten something so quick even when I PAID for the shipping. Pleasantly surprised. So far the experience has been wonderful. When I initially placed the order I received a confirmation call in regards to my order from a very helpful gentleman. The price for my video camera was $100 less than Best Buy and included a case and starter kit with mini tripod and lens protector. Although he did talk me into getting a longer life battery and a memory card which brought me back up to what I would have spent originally at Best Buy, but they would have been items I would have had to purchase after learning that they did not come with the camera...they also upgraded the case. So all in all...very happy...so far. I will update after Christmas to let you know if there are any problems with the video camera actually working, but I doubt there should be any problems."

A call to customer service revealed that Canon has trouble filling the orders for this camera. After explaining that I urgently needed the camera for an upcoming trip, Camera Kings made it happen to ship the camera to me in time for the trip. Thanks guys. "
