I've rented multiple lenses from them and only hit a snag once. I seem to have ordered a lens that was already allocated elsewhere but showed in stock. I was immediately contacted and offered a similar lens (DA70mm instead of the FA77) that arrived in time for the last minute shoot I had ordered it for. Shooting a wedding is a BIG deal. You only have one chance to capture the moment. There's only one kiss, one dance, one toast, one step down the isle. As an ametuer photographer (at best)... I knew depending on my lenses for such a monumental occasion could be disasterous. To ensure delivery of great shots... I decided to rent professional lenses.

My search began online. I questioned several lens rental outlets. It was a tough decision. Without having lens rental experience... I had to choose a company and trust they would deliver equipment, in excellent condition, on time. Camera Lens Rentals was chosen for their impressive responce time, courtesy, and pricing.

I ordered three lenses: Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L, Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS, Canon 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5. At least I thought I did. After checking over my order, I realized the non-IS version of Canon's 70-200mm was ordered. After notifying Camera Lens Rental's of MY error and requesting an upgrade, Barry from CLR promtly responded "You've Got IT"!

No stress. The lenses arrived as scheduled and worked great. Though I only needed the lenses for one day... to familarize myself with them, I choose to order them for a week. It was fun to experiment with the lenses. On the day of the wedding, I was much more confident!

After the shoot, Camera Lens Rental called with a friendly reminder to return the equipment in the prepaid packing using the instructions that arrived with the lenses. So simple!

When the time came for my lens to be shipped to me, others had requested the Nikon 12-24MM as well, so Camera Lens Rentals bought a brand new lens from B&H Photo and had them send it to me. So, I was able to be the first person to use the lens. It was brand new in the box! The customer service was great as well.
