I found the web site to be very easy to navigate and make my selections. Once I made the selections and paid for the rentals I found the communication to be very good and efficient. I needed to change the shipping address at the last minute (so someone could sign for the delivery) and my request was accommodated quickly. The lenses rented arrived well packed with good return instructions. All of the lenses were in like new condition and performed just as I had hoped they would. Two of my rentals were lenses that I was considering purchasing and one was an extender. Everything worked well for the entire rental period and when it was time to return I received a reminder email. The return process was smooth and I received notification that the lenses were received in good condition.
