"Ordered canvases back in November. They didn't email, or call. I finally after about 8 weeks shoot them an email, nothing. 5 MONTHS LATER I got a response saying my photo was too small and to send them another one. No option for a refund, no option for changing my type of canvas. Nothing. So I sent them a random picture. It was printed off crappy. Missing chunks, and the corners were all chipped up. No idea where I'm going to hang it since I ordered a specific picture for a specific reason. I emailed them and wrote them on Facebook saying my canvases were damaged. After 2 weeks they write me back, and say that I'm passed the 7 days. So I'm basically screwed out of $115. Don't buy from these jerks.
Also, their website is NOT open for reviews. They will only post 5 star ones. So don't be fooled like I was.

"My Wife had purchased a 5 piece horizontal canvas from Etsy through another vendor (China). after over a month of waiting for a shipping confirmation that never went through, she cancelled the order and got a refund.
I then Went on Canvas Freaks and was able to purchase the canvas I wanted with ease as well as a discount provided by them as well at checkout. Immediately got notifications of the purchase as well as other info about processing and shipping."

"We waited in such anticipation for this painting! It shipped fast and was packed very well.
The piece is slightly lower quality and more expensive than what can be found at a discount store like a TJ Maxx or Marshals. We chose the gallery wrap without frame. The canvas itself is a good thickness and quality. The printing process appears to be where things get compromised. It looks cheaply made, and for the price that’s perfectly okay. Just be aware going in that your item may land somewhere between an off the shelf purchase from a discount retailer and something you’d find on the wall of a nicer hotel. It’s good. Not great, but not bad either. Just somewhere in the middle."

"The item arrived with the wrong names. Should have said Buddy & Bonnie. It says Buddy & Buddy. I have a screenshot from the "preview" when I placed the order yet customer service is stating I ordered incorrectly with Buddy & Buddy. I've received 2 messages from support (chat) in the last hour. A whole hour and still have not responded to my last message from 20 minutes ago. Called the customer service line just to get a message to leave a vm message for a call back. That was over 40 minutes ago. I am a pretty patient person but this is ridiculous and time sensitive. "

"I've had multiple things printed and I have orchard many things from these guys. It's absolutely amazing. I'm actually in the process of getting another right now! They make every piece by hand and they put love into it before they send it. One order they told me it may come out funny bc if the size i wanted and I told them I knew but thank you. They really take care of their people. Patrons are what keep them apart so they do their best. And I am grateful. They informed me during the pandemic it would take long due to shortness of staff. It did but I was informed. Then when things started back to normal, it got easy. Within 2 weeks tops. You can't go wrong. Thanks guys. Every single one of you "
