You got me the product, and shipped it to my front door! We just finished with the install, and no one would ever be able to tell old from new. You made the process very easy. You are in Georgia, we are in Colorado, but it was like you were down the street. One of the easiest home improvement purchases I have ever made."

"I purchased Millikin Legato residential carpet tiles in June 2017. These tiles have a non-slip floor pad for a firm hold to the floor. Because it's integrated into the panel, there's no need to buy a separate pad and no need to tape or glue it down. We just pulled up all the tile and moved it to a new location, which went very smoothly to just pick up and lay it down in the new space. It looks like it is brand new, and I expect to get decades of use with it.
I purchased it online at a great price. The shipping went smoothly. When I got to the new place in another state, I discovered a problem with one box. Although it was passed the deadline for returns, the woman who took the original was quick to exchange the one box of the wrong color (though the box said it was the right color.) She had it shipped right out and didn't want the other box returned. Made sense as the shipping probably cost more than the box of carpet. She was so friendly and helpful throughout.
It is on sale now in a beige and looks like they won't have it any more, so don't miss it."
