"I ordered a northbridge heatsink early am Wednesday, received order on Friday pm. Great service-price was as low as any I've found, and shipping as well(USPS). "
"Great company! Ordered on a Thursday night and received the following Tuesday. Pretty good for USPS. Great packaging and I got exactly what I ordered. Great prices also! Thanks!"
"Great site!! Very fast in processing order."
"Excellent company, good web site, good e-mails & links. Ordered fans & heatsinks , Fedex lost them in shipping. Casecooler helped me track them down with Fedex. They don't leave their customers in the lurch. "
"Excellent service, fast replys to emails, and fast shipping. Need i need to say more?"
"Part shipped on time, works great, great price, very pleased."
"I was originally using the Volcano 6 Cu+ for my AMD XP1900 processor and the fan was pretty loud on it. I would boot the PC up and you could definitely hear it down the hall in my house. Anyways, I decided to search out for a new CPU/Heatsink combo and I researched for a couple weeks and decided on the Volcano 7.
Now, as part of my research I looked up places to buy the thing. Of course, whenever I found a low price, the shipping charge was outrageous. I finally came across CaseCooler.com and they had it for an awesome price as well as Arctic Silver 3. But what really got me was that shipping was $5.90 for both. I was surprised; especially since they were using USPS Priority Mail (FAST).
I ordered it Saturday, they shipped it out Monday, and I got it on Wednesday. Excellent Shipping time. Both items were packaged nicely with foam peanuts in a small box. Both items were perfect out of the box and work perfectly.
I WILL do business with them again in the near future. Awesome company/website. Keep up the good work. =) A+++

"these guys rock. super fast shipping. i would defineitely highly recommend."
"When I first began buying off the internet, I always went with the cheapest seller. Most of you probably did the same, so you've probably guessed I eventually got screwed (royally). If you haven't learned this yet, then learn it now: there's a balance between cost and honest business habits (for a good laugh, check out the reviews of the now defunct company that screwed me... Best Stop Digital).
Well let me tell you right off the bat, casecooler is not the cheapest seller (see, for example, ocsystem). But I learned my lesson the hard way, so I read some customer reviews before deciding where to buy. Not surprisingly, you get what you pay for (or don't pay for) and only two companies that sold fans and cooling parts seemed truly reliable: casecooler and 1coolpc. I don't know why I chose casecooler over 1coolpc, but I'm glad I did!
About one day after ordering my parts (volcano9 heatsink/fan, more fans, fan grills, and a digital fan controller), casecooler had shipped the entire order. When the order arrived, everything was packaged well and looked good. I hooked everything up and turned the computer on and... the cpu fan wasn't spinning. Fortunately, I caught the problem before I burned out the CPU, but as you can imagine I was annoyed. Yeah, everyone has a few faulty parts in their inventories, but it sucks when you get one. Well, I emailed casecooler and they apologized and said they could replace the fan (a special request, since I didn't want to remove and return the entire heatsink). However, since I only have one computer and waiting for the replacement part wasn't an option, I had already glued the broken fan pieces back together. This, of course, voids most warranties. Casecooler's reply to that information?
"Yes, this does void your chance of an RMA as per the policies listed on our site.
But, we are sending you a replacement anyway."
That's just above and beyond the call of duty. If you really want to gamble with shady merchants and their products, you might be able to save a buck or two elsewhere. But my advice is that you won't regret the money spent at casecooler. The $10 - 20 you spend on cooling parts at casecooler could be THE MOST IMPORTANT investment you make in your computer. And if you want to spend a little more and make your pc the slickest on the block, casecooler has almost all the "necessary" toys (I highly recommend the LCD temp/fan monitor... at $30 it's a deal... at $25 (on sale) it's a steal).

PS Also check out casecooler's panaflo fan's. They give a whole new meaning to quiet. But they don't have connectors, so be sure you know how to solder (real easy) before you buy!

"Good prices, quick shipping. Would deal with again"
"I don't know about ya'll but the stuff I got from these guy's was spot on!However, good thing that I orders 2 lazer LED's because they are about half as bright as they are pictured to be. Maybee they look brighter to the camera? The new cooler master heatsink combo'd w/ artic silver 2 thermal paste cooled my XP 1900+ down by 15c under what the retail packeged one did!One thing that did bother me is that the LED's should have came w/ dual molex conectors like case fans do and the mica shim I bought was charged to me for $7.99 instead of $3.99 seems abit pricey for somthing made from a cheap counter top. I't works great though!Perfect fit for my processor.Good on ya casecooler.com! Right on, you guys rock!

"EDITED after further conversation with CASECOOLER on 12/22/2002:
Bought a couple of stuff from CaseCooler. Part of it was a ThermalTake Volcano 9. The quality of ThermalTake's recently have become very questionable. The one i received had scratches on the copper core and the speed control rheostat wasnt functioning. Originally I thought it was the fault of CaseCooler but after emailing them and doing my own research and reading other websites and especially FORUMS, i will never buy another ThermalTake product for full retail price again.
Anyway, CaseCooler has been very quick and courteous in helping me resolve my problem.
I'd definitely recommend them.
Thank You Jimmy.
