"I had ordered from Caseable before and was happy with the case I received, so when I needed another case, I ordered again. Unfortunately, the case I received this time had darker color than what the picture was which I submitted, so I was unhappy. They offered to do a new case using the same picture, but I was concerned about that, so I sent new pictures for new case. I received confirmation and emails indicating the new case was on its way. I received it within about 10 days and I am very happy with the new case!"
