"I ordered 2 tablets over the holidays. There was a gift included with purchase which was the free case from Caseable. We sent in our order on the 25th of December - not giving much thought to the time frame and just how many people would be requesting their free cases. Our order did not arrive until February - I never called or contacted Caseable. I actually began thinking maybe our order was lost in some huge pile of requests and I was considering going to a local store and checking out the tablet covers there. When I went to the mailbox later that afternoon both my cases had arrived. The pictures are perfect! One was customized - a personal pic and the other was a choice offered by the company. We couldn't be more pleased with our cases!"
"I have been gracious by waiting for three months for my case to arrive. I keep being told to be patient. Caseable won't answer quesitons on when my order will arrive nor have they offered a refund (even after I have asked).
It appears they are happy to take the funding but were not ready for the growth of the business. I have been given at least three different stories about my case. A case for a tablet should not take this much effort to track and deliver.
I ordered two cases and I want to also add the quality is not worth the cost. DO NOT PURCHASE."

"Do not order from this company. I was given a kindle for Christmas with a coupon for a free case from Caseable. I ordered that day (December 25) and the case was delivered March 4 but I was not home until the 8th to open it. When I opened it I discovered it wasn't even the custom case that i had ordered but a random case that doesn't fit my kindle. I would not waste your time or your money with this company because even if you email there service department it takes several days, for me it was on average 1-2 weeks and I emailed them several times the past 2 and a half months."
