"I sent an email a week ago, two minutes after I ordered my cover and got absolutely no answer. Instead , after telling you not to charge my credit card because it was supposed to be free but you went ahead and did it anyway. I was expecting it to take tell price off when I ordered it but it didn't and you charged my card. It was to late decidedly didn't check your messages. If this cover ever arrives to my home I will refuse delivery and I meant my money put back on my card. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. You don t bother to answer anyone. . Word of mouth can make or break a business. I want my money back!!!"

"This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this company- the first two times were great and I had zero issues! This time, I place my order on November 30th and got notified on the 16th that my package was "misplaced". My package was in my hometown, however it got picked up and taken to a town an hour away by Caseable's delivery service. I was assured via that same email that I would have it by the end of the day on the 17th. Not the case. I have made 4 attempts to contact Caseable and they have not responded or expressed concern.
This is a terrible business that acts more like a start-up than someone reputable.
I deserve what I paid for."
"Like many other people, received an email saying that my case was ready for pick up, and then one that said it had spread its wings and was flying to me. LIar liar pants on fire. The UPS tracking number shows that it has never been picked up. Like others I bought my Amazon fire tablet from QVC with a coupon for a free case. Very disappointing. "
"I Found they offered a huge selection of cases. Ordering was so easy. My case arrived a little late but their customer service emailed and kept me updated. About a week later my case arrived. He painted the moon. Love it. 5 stars"

"I received email that item has left the building with tracking number. I did tracking and item has never left building no tracking info with UPS which I contacted. Contacted by email with no response numerous times and phone number no longer in service. Now I got this with a QVC deal now I have no case for my Fire 10 tablet which is a Christmas present for my mom and still paid for the deal thru QVC so I am screwed. Thanks a lot "

"Ordered a case, never got it. Contacted customer service & was told there was an issue. Got so fed up, asked them to cancel order. Got an email back that they shipped it again. So aggravating. Finally received it. It looks good but it is not printed symmetrically. There is a border on one side and it wraps around the other. If I paid more, I’d be way more annoyed but I guess you get what you pay for. Also love that i live 30 minutes from Brooklyn but it shipped from Berlin. I had no idea it was shipping from Germany; never would have ordered it."

"I recently purchase a customized phone case for my mother for Christmas. I used a photo of us and made sure the photo was enlarged to fit the case and it looked great, so I purchased it. I receive an email showing the confirmation email with the proof of the case and it looked NOTHING like what I submitted. The photo was tiny and not even centered in the middle all while surrounded by white. When I contacted customer service, they took a day to reply therefore the item had already been shipped out. They then told me that's how I submitted it, when no...I did not. They have done absolutely nothing to make this right and it is taking a day for every time they are replying. How are we suppose to resolve anything when that's the case? Also the lady "helping" keeps saying the same thing in every email, therefore not helpful whatsoever. I will not be purchasing anything from this website ever again and will let people be fully aware.
I would have been happy with just a replacement of the RIGHT proof that I submitted, not even a refund. "
