"My case was shipped on the 18th December. It shows that it was handed off to the USPS by UPS on 24th December and that is where it still is as of 30th December. I contacted customer service and they told me to wait until after 1st January and then contact them again. The Post Office won't help me, UPS won't help me and customer service at Caseable is a joke. I will never order another one from them."
"Received coupon for free case, order placed without difficulty. Received email confirmation with order # with follow up tracking #. The case did not move from facility for several days. I tracked the package, tracking said delivering should be 12/27/2019 by end of day. Did not receive package. Tracked package next 2 days, again said delivering by end of day. Contacted UPS, which reported I should contact sender. I also contacted our local post since ( I knew UPS had transferred my package to United States Postal Service), they reported they had no packages on their shelves for our address. I sent email, with no response, called phone # on their website, which there was a recording "no available agent was available" (called 5 times with same recording). Then I went back to their website, choose tracking, followed instructions which asked for order #, then invalid order # appeared on screen.
Will never order from this company!"

"I ordered case from them only to notice after ordering that the wrong case was being sent. I emailed customer service about the issue less then 4 hours after placing the order so it could be cancelled and was told that the order had already been created and shipped out (same day mind you). At this point I was provided a tracking number. I told them that I would just refuse delivery and was given the response that if I did, they would keep my case and my money. As far as the tracking number, it was kind of bogus cause it just sat there from the 13th and wasn't even shipped off until 22nd which tells me they had not actually created the case and completely lied to me about it.
Horrible customer service and horrible company. They will steal your money so stay far away from them. Once my case comes in, I will refuse delivery and if I don't get a refund, I will be filing a case with the Washington State Attorney General for theft."
"I own an online retail store myself, so I understand that sometimes it is possible to get overwhelmed with orders and requests. When that happens, I make a point to be open and honest with my customers. I experienced none of that with Caseable on this order. I placed an order for a case for my wife's Samsung phone, then a few days later received an email confirmation of shipment, complete with a tracking number and a headline stating that my product had left the building. That would have been great if it was true, but it was actually a lie. I received that email on the 19th. According to UPS and Caseable's own website, they did not actually ship my product until December 26th, a full week later than they claim to have shipped it. During that one week timeframe, I reached out to Caseable multiple times. Each time my email was simply ignored. The only response that I got was an automated response when I replied back to one of their emailed advertisements, essentially asking them why they were asking for more business when they couldn't even handle the business they already had. I have had a good experience with Caseable on a previous order, but this order was an example of what not to do if you are a company that deals with the public. They falsified shipping information, then ignored all requests for an explanation. Judging from the other reviews, this would appear to be a patter of behavior with the company. As of Christmas Day, Caseable had as many 1-star reviews within the last 6 months as they had 2-5 stars combined. So congratulations Caseable, it looks as though the case will arrive before the holiday...only it's the wrong holiday. It is now scheduled to arrive just before New Year's Day, instead of before Christmas Day as it should have. But I guess I really should thank you. I'm sure you have heard the old adage about if you can't beat them, join them? Well, based on my experience with you, I have decided to start selling custom cases at my online store...only I won't be treating my customers the way you have apparently started treating yours. "I got a confirmation advising my case had left the building on 12/17/19. I checked the tracking number and only a label has been created. The UPS site states no shipping information available due to item has not been received by UPS. No response to email. I am looking at all of the reviews and the same thing is happening to a lot of people. When you place your order you are informed that you should receive your item in 3-5 days. Kind of hard to receive an item that never shipped. I am contacting QVC. Update: I finally received my case today 12/26/19 and it is the wrong color. I ordered a black/grey/white case design and received and BLUE and White case. Really???? QVC deserves every bad review they get based on this terrible vendor!"

" I spent more time than I thought I would have to in order to get what I wanted by creating my own concept, but now that I have finished and ordered it, I am not as harried and frustrated. Looking back and being able to be more objective, I believe that most of my frustration was from my own ineptitude.
Once I was able to get consistent results out of my photo processors, I was finally able to insert them into the Caseable app.
Now I feel that I could start from scratch and create another one in about 1/8th of the time this one took. I am pretty old and very stubborn, or I may have just given up and ordered an existing cover.
The proof will "be in the pudding," so I am anxious to see if I did a very good job.

"Got a coupon from Qvc and place an order here. the order was confirmed and an email will be sent. I didn't write the order number. Got no email. I sent an email and Lucy answer and said no order with my email address. I sent her the code and she said yes an order was placed with them. The order was taken Dec 14 and it was sent out Dec 17 should be getting it soon. She gave me the order number. When I looked it up the order number was invalid. So, I wrote her back and ask for the tracking. When I put in the tracking it said the order was processed and waiting for UPS to pick up and this was Dec 20. Now, Dec 22 it states UPS could not locate shipment details.
