"For family xmas present, I ordered a Fire HD on QVC ( because they offered free case). Placed order through caseable Jan 1 for cutesy Elephants.
No confirmation # sent, so emailed them ( no more phone #).
No response for 2 weeks.
Finally gave me a confirmation #- but it was invalid.
2 weeks later responded to my email saying it was delayed in customs.
2 weeks later- still no valid tracking #, but they said they would reorder for me.
2 weeks later - no info, no tracking #, no response. Now it's going on 2 months.
I Complained to QVC, who offered a $20 credit to buy a new case, which i did, but of course it's not the cute EFFN Elephants that my daughter wanted.
I think this company is either incompetent or just scammed QVC- Either way probably wont be in business long. I wont be using QVC anymore as well. They should vett their vendors better before offering things that cant be delivered."

"I never received my cases via an HSN promotion. I contacted customer service initially because I accidentally ordered the same cases. They promptly let me know I could not change my order because it has already been shipped. It has been 2 months and no case at all has been delivered and like many other customers who have complained my tracking number mysteriously was not working. I contacted Better Business and made a complaint. They tried to contact caseable and got no response. This company is FRAUDULENT and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and if I ever get my cases VERY SLOW DELIVERY!!!!"
