This company has many complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. I'm about to file mine now. Don't trust this company with your money!!

Reaching out to make sure the customer is happy just doesn't happen anymore, so I was surprised to receive a follow up email from caseable. My covers I ordered were great and the service was fast and polite. Due to some bank trouble things were held up but caseable was more than understanding and willing to get this resolved . I will return for other purchases. I can't recommend caseable enough. Thanks caseable!"
"We ordered cases with vouchers we got with our new kindles which were ordered through QVC. They have not arrived. I processed my voucher on 12/21/18, and my daughter put hers through on 12/26/18. Neither have arrived. I contacted via email several times, and they did respond. They gave me another code to replace ONE of the cases and told me that they didnt have any control over the shipping after it left them. (Which I cant even see that it left their facility, because no tracking has yet to be available.) The third one ordered with their code that was given to me via an email response has not come either. I am reading others say that they are rude with their email responses and customer service; I cannot say that. They have been pleasant and apologetic to me. However, I still do not have the product. I cannot find a number on their site to call them, and no address to mail them. At this point, I dont know if they will ever come, and am very glad I used vouchers and didnt put in my bank info to order. At least I am only out the cases ordered with vouchers, and not money. "
