"My case took 3-weeks to get delivered. When I contacted them, Natalie was clear about her explanation that the delay was due to high volume and the location the product is being shipped (Germany). I have a background in retail and I do understand the logistics it takes especially if the product is being produced out of the country. I also understand the hand-over delays from the courier to the USPS especially during the holidays. These are just some of the things a company, like caseable, cannot control and the consumer would not understand. Natalie has explained it in a way that I have understand it very well as a consumer."

"I have been trying to place an order a case for an Amazon Fire 7. It will not allow me to complete my order. I have emailed as well as called. They keep you on hold and then tell you that you are calling outside of business hours. They open at 9 a.m. EST and at 10:17 a.m. EST when I called they should be open for calls. Very poor customer service!!!"

"I have tried numerous times to order 3 cases for Fire7 I purchased thru QVC for Christmas. I can get all the way to where I have to click the "BUY" button but no further. I have tried to contact customer support and they don't appear to be open even during their business hours listed. From the reviews I'm reading I'm not sure I will get them by Christmas anyway. I think QVC made a huge mistake here."

I can understand having an overflow of orders but come on, it's the holiday season.. beef up your customer /manufacturing support. I don't think I would ever order again. "

"Same as other recent reviews. We ordered cases Oct 24th and as of Nov 27th the cases still haven't arrived. You receive one email confirmation when you order the product and have no means of checking the progress without contacting customer service via email or phone. They take a week or more to respond and then give you a generic response. We got a "sorry your not happy and we'll check on your order"...... We never heard back on them "checking up" on the order. I would never order for this company again even if it was giving for free. Save yourself the headache and go purchase from somewhere else"

"not the type to leave negative reviews but i ordered on oct 22 and got 1 email almost a month later on the 18th of nov saying it shipped without any tracking info provided i ordered a case on the 20th and it got an email the next day saying it shipped but why for the first one has it been over a month i ordered on the 22 it is nov 26 as i am writing this and i still don't have the case i am upset and may not purchase from them in the future unless my case is super good and worth the extra long wait . :("

Clearly QVC picked the wrong partner for the Amazon Fire 2017 promo with free case coupon. Was given this excuse twice by two different people via email. "I ordered 6 of these cases for gifts with the tablets. I have received 4 of them so far. The first 2 were acceptable The last two were not. What should have been a burgundy background, was an ugly shade of brown. That case was for me so will live with it. The other one however is a special gift and one I am going to be ashamed to give. The background was suppose to be red but instead was a horrible, streaked, shade of orange. It also has large, black, raised, dots across the bottom left side of the back of the case. It took so long to get here that I will not have time to send back and re-order as I still need to mail it out to recipient for Christmas once it arrived. Don't they have anyone to inspect these cases before they ship??? Not happy, not happy!!"

"Ordered item November 5th, item was supposedly shipped on November 13th, I ordered nothing special, chose two of their designs for two different items because of time restraints. Here it is November 20th and no product. No tracking numbers were given to me in email just an order number, I have emailed them twice and no response, as I need this item for Birthdays presents on 22nd. Tried calling number on website several times and it says to call back during business hours, in which I did call several times during business hours. These items are not cheap, go elsewhere. I cannot believe any of the reviews are accurate on speedy service. I order everything online, I have never seen such terrible service. "
