"The tablet that I received for Christmas came with a coupon for a free case from this company. I placed my order and I did receive a UPS shipping number. I have not received my product and UPS and the post office do not know what has happened to it. According to the post office they never received the package. I will never use this company for any future purchases and I do not recommend them for anything. If you want a case for your tablet you are better off using eBay or your local store."

"When I go to track it, it shows that they created a label but never gave the product to UPS. Since UPS has not even been given the item, they can not do anything. Very disappointing for my 11 year old who was very excited for his case. I will say I ordered 2 others previously and they did arrive eventually. "

"I had an email sent to me on the 31st saying my product had left the building, unfortunately apparently it's still in the building and hasn't been picked up by UPS yet. This is 7 days later, and after sending customer service an email asking what is going on, as of Friday I still have not received any reply from them either. Not a happy camper"

"I ordered 2 cases when I received my voucher through QVC... I placed my order on the 27th and the 28th of December and got an email saying it had been shipped but when i click the link UPS has still not received my order. "I orders a case on 12/27/19 and recived an email that my order had be shipped on 12/30/19. A week later on 1/6/2020 my case is apparantly still waiting to ship??? I contact UPS and my local post office and they have no record of any package. This is a complete sham. I am telling anyone I know never ever to order from this scam shop
