I ordered 2 cases and according to UPS the shipping labels have been created but there is no indication that the product has even shipped. "Ordered on 12/13/19 after purchase of a new Kindle with free complimentary case. Hasn't shown up yet as of 1/4/20. Checked the tracking number and it shows the case was sent partway, then returned. Now trying to contact Caseable but no way to communicate! Lousy way to run a business!"

Your company shows lack of respect for the customers you are doing business with. Why do you not have a customer support number to call as obviously NO ONE is answering or responding to emails?

"Order on 12-21-19 received a notice was shipped by UPS . Still can't find where it's at. Email caseable got automated response stating they'll get back shortly now 1-2-2020 still haven't heard anything and case still says UPS has it and UPS says there waiting to pick-up

"I got a gift with a free case coupon for Christmas. The website said typical 3- 5 days for shipping. I ordered it on December 25 and today, 01/01/2020 it still hasn't been received by UPS. No answer on the phones. No place to chat with customer service. I'm also letting QVC know about the horrible service here. "

"I ordered a case early in December, confident it would arrive before Christmas because Caseable's website shows 3-5 day shipping all over the site. The day after I ordered, I received an email saying it had shipped, but tra king showed it had not been given to the actual shipper until 4 days later. It then sat with no movement for almost two weeks, finally arriving 4 days after Christmas. Caseable customer support did not reply to my email until after the case was delivered. The case itself is flimsy, plastic junk and the image on the cover looks much duller than it did on their website. I ended up buying a case from Amazon for $16 that is much higher quality. Thankfully the Caseable case was free. I'd be livid if I'd had to pay any amount for it. "

"My order number is 100000480181. I ordered on the 19th and got an email on the 20th saying it's been shipped. In reality, they just made a shipping label but tracking info says UPS still hasn't received the item. It's Jan 1st now and I'm not getting any answers via email. Won't be using Caseable again. Thankfully, I also ordered a case through MyCustomCase.com which arrived in 2 days in time for Christmas. "

"Caseable refused to honor the QVC free custom case voucher for Amazon Fire HD 10. They are charging $39.99 for a case that I would not spend $10.00 on. They were notified in writing by chat and email that they were not authorized to charge my credit account, however they chose to fraudulently charge my account."
