"I ordered my Galaxy S4 2-months ago. Their first shipment to me was the wrong phone, so I returned it. Their second shipment was the wrong color, so I returned it. Their third shipment was the correct phone but the wrong charger. Not only that but all three shipments came in a phone box for a different phone type. There is definitely something wrong with their packaging department. While the phone now looks good , I am a bit weary that this phone might be refurbished while the web description said it was new. It was very tough getting a hold of customer service each time (voice-mail), but once I got a hold of them, they took care of me quickly without hassle (thank you Melvin). Their shipping method is slower than most, and I will think carefully when ordering from this provider next time."

I ordered a Blackberry Q10 on 31 December 2013 from Canada and until now, after about 6 months, I did not receive it.
I called them many times from abroad and sent many emails. They say that my order is sent two times on January and on February by UPS. After asking many times since January, they sent 2 USPS tracking numbers, instead of UPS!!
I contacted the USPS customer service and I found out these tracking numbers belong to two boxes delivered on April 2014 (neither January, nor February) in the US and in Estonia, instead of Canada!!
After more than 5 months, they never sent my phone. I no longer want this old model and want since one month ago a total reimbursement, but they do not do!

"I purchased the HTC First smartphone from Cell2get. First off it took an extremely long time for it to get shipped. When it finally did arrive it was the wrong color. It was a pale blue color and I ordered a black color. So I contacted them about it. First it said you can email so I did and they responded back saying to call. Okay fine. First time I called had to leave message. No response back for 2 days. Tried calling again and line was busy. Finally got through on third attempt. The person did not speak clear English (it was a male and I think his name was Melvin) which was very frustrating. After explaining what happened he basically responded with I do not care. Not once did he acknowledge the mistake or say sorry just tried to brush it off like it was no big deal. Why do they make different color phones in the first place if color does not matter. He did not offer to fix the situation at all by saying do you what to exchange for a new color or offer a partial refund. Or if black was not available, they should have informed me if I wanted a new color and not just assume. At the end he said he will said me a free black case ($3 value big deal). What if I do not want a case. And the case does not cover all the color. So what if the phone was bright pink, what would he say then. Mistakes do happen but to not say sorry about it or try to correct it with a good option is the reason I am giving 1 star because of bad customer service. Will never order from them again."

"***UPDATE BELOW*** I wish I could overlook all the issues and rate cell2get positively, but the bad outweighs the good. Yes, they did have the lowest price for the item we ordered, but that's where the good stops. We ordered on December 2nd and expected to have the phone two weeks after as their website states (10-14 days). A full three weeks had passed and nothing. I called and was told my package was scheduled to be delivered by the Saturday after, which came and went and still no phone. I called again and was given an incorrect tracking number. Called again and asked them to track it for us and provide an update. They called back to say a replacement was on its way as the lost package was blamed on the post office. I was told the phone would be there on that Friday, but alas it arrived the following Tuesday. Not only did we get a used phone with scratches, it also contained someone else's pictures! To add insult to injury we were also sent two additional phones we did not order. We are now past the one month mark and still waiting for our new phone. Maybe I should have waited to post a review to see how this next shipment turns out, but I figured enough has transpired, without any attempt from this company to make things better, to write an honest review to help others prepare themselves for what they may have in store by purchasing from cell2get. I hope experience is better than ours.
***UPDATE*** My negative review still stands. In the end they tried making amends with a partial refund, but the phone will not work in our area so back it goes on our dime. We will never do business with cell2get."
