"After spending some time looking for a phone on A****n and other websites, I made the choice to make the purchase from cell2get.com. Some of the listing on A****n, stated NEW but when you read the details, they are used. Cell2get delivered as promised.
After reading some of the negative reviews of cell2get, I was skeptic of this company, since I am not too far from where they are located, I decided I will pickup the phone. I called ahead to make sure it was in stock and let them know I will pick it up. The next day after calling, I went to the location and picked up the phone.
The phone was as stated, new, in its original packaging with all accessory. The person at cell2get took the time to make sure that the phone works but putting my AT&T sim and making a test call.
I don't understand how cell2get can have such negative review when they are able to deliver as promise and the pricing was on target. When looking for a replacement phone, cell2get should be your only source. Will shop with cell2get in the future. "
"I bought an iPhone 4s for my son as a birthday present. The phone arrived DOA and I had to contact cell2get customer service. After I explained what was wrong and the situation of the present they immediately send out a new phone with overnight shipping for free. This is a really stand up company"
"I was worried about buying a new phone online. I have only ever purchased them in stores with my carriers contract and upgrades. I didn’t want to wait for another upgrade so I bought an HTC one myself. It took the phone 4 days to get to my house and it took me more time than I’d like to admit to figure out how to switch the sim card. Turn the phone on, everything worked, I love my new phone-toy!"
"I ordered an unlocked international version (I9305) of Samsung Galaxy S III but instead received ATT branded version (i747) that was locked to ATT. However, a call to the customer service resolved the problem, they sent me the unlock code within 30 min. I still would have preffered having the I9305, but the differences with i747 are not big enough to warrant to bother with a return. "
"Ordered a phone from Cell2Get.com on May 27. I paid for FedEx ground and received the phone by USPS first class mail on June 7. All phones are advertized as new. The one I received was packaged as new but was badly scratched. I requested a new phone and sent pics of scratched phone. They said send it back and they would replace it. I sent it back the same day I received it on June 7. After a week of no phone I contacted Cell2Get and they gave me a tracking # for a package coming from China. I tracked it until it went to their location in New York. I then asked what was up and they said they were shipping it to me. I received my new phone on June 28, one month after ordering the original phone.
Pros: They finally sent a new phone to me. The price of the phone was competitive
Cons: Their communication is terrible. They sent out a used phone when their web site states all phones are new (I called before placing the order to ask if the model I was looking for was in stock and new). They do not ship the way you pick (They make more money). You have to pay for return shipping even if it's their mistake. Their site says they strive for excellence in customer service - I beg to differ.
Buyer beware. "

"After my experience, I believe that purchasing a phone from Cell2get.com is a gamble. It took me 78 days to receive the
correct model and new phone I purchased.
I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Nexus Mobile Phone Model SPHL700KIT on 4/12/2013 and paid for FedEx Ground delivery. I
received the wrong model phone 10 days later on 4/22/2013. (FedEx Ground shows 2 days from Brooklyn to the Chicago area).
The phone was NOT Shipped FedEx Ground as paid for, but standard USPS First Class mail. I contacted Cell2get.com and spoke with Melvin. He said he would get a replacement phone out expedited and shipped to my work address.
After numerous calls and emails to Melvin and an additional 23 days later, I received a replacement phone on 5/18/213.
The replacement phone was:
- Not shipped expedited as agreed - It was shipped USPS First Class mail
- Not shipped to the updated work address as agreed
- REMANUFACTURED and NOT NEW as advertised on the Cell2get.com web page subsequent emails and calls to Melvin
The replacement phone's battery cover was used and it did not fit correctly due to broken snaps. After many calls and emails to Melvin at Cell2get.com, I understood from Melvin at Cell2get.com that he believes remanufactured is new.
After Melvin agreed to replace this remanufactured phone with a verified new one, it finally arrived via USPS First class mail an additional 28 days later on 6/29/2013. It was the correct phone and appears to be new but the box and phone were opened. (not sealed). The replacement phone was not shipped expedited and did not arrive at my work address as agreed.
It arrived USPS First class mail shipped inside a USPS Priority Mail padded envelope turned inside out.
-The price dropped $15 to $304.99 and there was no effort by Melvin at Cell2get.com to adjust the price.
-The FedEx shipping $10.32 was not credited
-The return shipping of 2 phones @ $24.84 to Melvin at Cell2get.com (due to Cell2get.com fault) was not credited or adjusted
-Items were never shipped FedEx as paid for
-USPS tracking numbers are generated days before the package is received at the USPS orgin facility
-USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes are turned inside out and used to ship (slower) USPS 1st Class Mail
-Remanufactured phones are being sold as new and Cell2get.com doesn't seem to understand he difference
My opinion based on my experience - look else where to purchase a phone."

"Had a few hiccups ordering, but Melvin ultimately gets props for good followup and communication. He did what needed to be done to make things right and then was there for me after the sale.
I purchased a new unlocked HTC MyTouch 4G Slide, and didn't discover it was out of stock until the order had already processed. When it came back in stock, the online shopping cart was still counting my coupon code as having already been used.
However, Melvin was responsive via email and honored the original price including the coupon code. I got a good deal on a new unlocked phone.
Also, a year later, I had to have a repair done by HTC under the manufacturer warranty. Nothing that could be attributed to Cell2Get. But when they sent it back, for some reason they had to re-lock it to the "original carrier" even though the phone never had a carrier. I contacted Melvin and he helped me get it unlocked again.
The price was right and would likely buy from them again."
"I just received my phone today. I was really worried from the bad reviews that I decided to video record the whole unwrapping process of the package and turning the cell phone on. The phone seems brand new, connected to the wifi, syncs with my account and apps are working perfectly!

3 months after purchase, the phone hangs ceased to operate. I called the store on Friday morning, and the seller by phone guided me on how to overcome the problem. His instructions helped me fix my phone and it did help, but 2 days later the problem recurred. I called the store again and spoke with the same person (Melvin) there was no choice but to format the phone, so all the information was deleted, and the phone back to its initial stage cell2get treated me very well even after 3 month they was quick and saved me a lot of time. too bad i had to format my phone and lost all the information though great customer support!"
