His instructions helped me fix my phone and it did help, but 2 days later the problem recurred. When I opened my phone I thought that the charger was missing. I called them and they sent me a charger at no cost. In fact they sent me not only the original charger but a car charger as well. When it got here, I completely unpacked the phone, only to discover that I had made an error and had mistaken the charger of the battery. The charger was present but the battery was not. With some embarrassment, I sent them an email and was really almost too mortified to do that. They were very kind and sent a battery right away.
