"Horrible service!!! I ordered a holster for my LG phone on June 25th. It took over 2 weeks and 2 phone calls to receive a flimsy holster that was not the one pictured on their website. I got an RMA# (25075) and returned the item in less than a week. It was signed for at Cellhut on July 21st. I have called twice more and been on hold for over 15 minutes each time without an answer. I have e-mailed the return address in the RMA e-mail twice. I have yet to get either an answer or a refund."

Bought a Motorola Milestone (quadband GSM - AT&T compatible) from Cellhut. The price was decent enough. They shipped it reasonably quickly but I guess I should have realized that when my credit card company rejected THEM that maybe something was up. Once I received the device I realized that I screwed up and ordered a phone that only supports 3G in EU/Asia. I attempted to contact Cellhut initially because I thought they sent me the wrong phone from what I ordered. I had also attempted to contact them regarding a price drop that occurred two days after I ordered. I never received a response either time. Once I realized that the error was on my end I just accepted the situation and moved on. The phone works great with AT&T and I get to take advantage of unlimited data because it's only a 2G device here in North America. Definitely the best phone I've ever owned regardless. Cellhut later sent me an email to review their site/service. I posted my review and it didn't ever show up (wasn't a positive review). I put in another review later and it never showed up either. I realized that this was a New York company when I ordered and my experience has been that if you buy something from New York you have to never ever try to contact them between when you order and when it arrives or you will never get your item. My final comment on this experience is that Cellhut is the internet equivalent of buying fake Rolexes off a guy on a street corner. You get what you pay for and sometimes you get lucky to get what you wanted."

When you try to call customer care numbers will not work. If it worked they will tell that item is out of stock we will cancel order and refund you. The money will never get refunded to your account, I called them several times and emailed them several time but did not received money back. I have their order cancellation email . Please do not ORDER AT ALL in first place, IF you do so..your money lost.

"Ordered Jabra BT250V. This was advertised as NEW on their website. I received a Jabra 205 EU (European model) in a box with obvious wear. It was apparent that the items had all been out of the box too but we didn't remove anything.
I called and held for about 10 minutes and was told to go to the website to request a RMA number to return it. The website didn't work. I called back, and got the SAME person when I pressed 1 to order a phone instead of 2 for customer service. Interesting. The wait was MUCH shorter. I was told NOT to enter one of the fields on the website. This time it worked. (Wonder how many people just give up here?)
I got an email from them that said they were sorry the item didn't work. I emailed them to clarify that this was NOT the case. The problem was they sent me the WRONG ITEM. The next day I got an RMA # that said it was inevitable with electronics that sometimes items do not work. (They ignored my previous email!) This RMA email said to be sure and insure the package. WHAT?! I called and asked if they expected me to pay shipping. Yes they do. Will it be refunded once they get the headset back? NO It's in their "policy" to not issue return shipping labels. SO...they could still give a credit or something. I'm ticked that they ship me the wrong thing and expect me to use my funds to return it. I asked for a manager. She said no one was in and that I could call back later. I said they should call me back. She didn't say anything. I asked for a name so I could call back later. She said they don't give out names. No wonder. They're treating people so bad they're probably afraid of retaliation! I told them I expected a FULL refund and would dispute the charge with paypal if they didn't issue it. I also informed them I would leave negative reviews for their company everywhere I could. I was NOT yelling or cussing. That's not my style but I didn't mince words. The woman hung up on me. So much for customer service. Unfortunately I didn't see this website BEFORE I ordered or I never would have even bothered. I can't believe a company like this even stays in business. The website I ordered from was cellhut.com but the charges showed to be from Keepontalking, Inc. "

They sent an email saying they were reviewing my credit card or something. I tried to email their customer service department to check on the order, but the email was returned saying there was no such address. That seemed pretty weird, so I tried to call their number and no one answered. The link they sent to check on my order was dead. I started to think I'd been scammed, so I googled BuyElect and didn't find any reviews, but learned that it's actually a CellHut/Keepontalking, Inc. company. And I am far from the only person who has been scammed by them. I emailed an alternate address, and while it wasn't rejected outright, I never received a reply. I went on CellHut's website to check my order instead, and it turns out that the product I ordered was out of stock, though no one bothered to tell me or refund my money. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal so I'm hoping to get a refund from them. BuyElect=CellHut and they're all crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY Keepontalking, Inc. COMPANY."
"I bought phone from cellhut on Jan 13 2010 bearing order#242763. My credit card has been charged without being shipped and later unless I called them during 4th Feb they said that phone is not available and amount will be refunded. I have mailed them thrice during that period but not one responded. Later I trusted these stupid idiots and I thought it would have been credited. I realized recently that amount is not credited till today. I have mailed them again and again but no one responded. I called them on 21th June and they responded that it will take 7-8 days to refund. Called again on 28th June and been said it will take 2-3 days and called again now 6th June and now they said 2-3 days more. When I said this is ridiculous and I need some confirmation they hung up the phone. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE THIEVES DEFINITELY."
"I ordered Blacberry storm from there website . They send the confirmation of order processed next day saying its ready to ship. But when it didn't arrived after 1 week , I called the customer service.
I have to wait for 75 minutes to get hold of some body to answere. They told me that the phone will arrive after 2 weeks. So i ask them to cancelled the order. They did that. But til today after 2 months I am waiting for my money refund. Every time I called them its at least 60 min wait time and there is no response of emails. The customer service people told me that my refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and I have been waiting for 8 weeks now.
I would rate them 0 based on there service. You can get cheap cell phone form many other websites who provide better customer care."
"After reading so many nightmarish reviews, I don't feel alone, but it's a very sad situation that no action has been taken on this fraudulent company!!! I had placed an order online on May 12th for a blackberry phone, and waited for a confirmation email that never came! On trying to call them I realized what a horror show was waiting for me, after several hours of attempts and holding, finally reached someone who said I needed credit card verification.. immediately called my AMEX and they said this has been charged three days ago! The customer service rep then goes on to say, phone has been backordered and would be shipped two fridays later, it's now almost a month, they do not pick up the phone, reply to the emails nor update me of the status!!! Called my credit card company and they are promising to take care of these charges!!! This website should be BANNED and legal action should be pursued on them. "Completely Unresponsive Customer Service.
Placed an order via PayPal 25 days ago. Their system required you ship to your PayPal billing address, in my case a P.O. Box. Despite emails to customer service that were ignored, they shipped via UPS instead of post office method and my item was returned to them as undeliverable. After 2 more emails, 20 minutes and of hold music going to nowhere, they have my item and my payment and I have nothing. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt before I was ignored 4 times. "

"I ordered on 3/7/10. I recieved an e-mail saying to call them for crdit card verification. I called. Customer service was hard to understand & acted like he knew nothing about the verification. I asked how long till my order shipped. He said "2 weeks". On 3rd week now. Called & was told it'll b 2 or 3 weeks. Was hung up on. :( Called back & was told that my order shows to be ready for shipment next week. He said in a mumbly voice "May be Monday or whenever" & hung up on me. Getting pretty hacked off!!!!!!!!!!"
