"I received cell phone from this company and it did not work properly. Their phone service is HORRIBLE. After being on hold for few hours I gave up. They answered my email and I was told to ship it back. They issued me a RMA number but they refused to accept the shipment. After being on hold for over an hour I was told to ship it back again. I have paid for both shipments. They refused to accept it again. I tried to call them again but after three hours on hold I gave up. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE!!! The only good thing with this company is price. "

the website may not be a scam, but i certainly dont see any real proof that it isnt. as far as im concerned, they stole my 200+ dollars. i dont want thier products even at half the price, just give my money back and go away.

"I ordered a blackberry from this store as a christmas gift and the item said it was available online. I wouls call every week and they would say to me the phone is shipping out soon and it never will. after a month of waiting forphone and not recieving it I cancelled the order and asked for me to be refunded. It's now been almost 2 weeeks and I still haven't recieved my refund and everytime I call I can never get through to speak to anyone.I will never buy from this company again"

"worst customer service i have ever worked with. i received a cell phone that did not work in my area so i sent an email requesting advice on an exchange a few days after receiving the order; nothing. i sent one more email; nothing. i called customer service, waited 35 min. then hung up. i called again the next day; waited another 35 min and finally talked to someone. they told me it was too late to make any exchange, but then said she would send me an email with a # to make it possible. no email came. i called again, waited again and was again told it was too late to do anything. 30 days later i still have not received an email reply... order from them again; thanks, but f*ck you very much."
"Crooks!!! I ordered their HOT DEAL of the day
and two weeks later no phone and only the message waiting for product. I tried calling a couple of times but hung up after waiting for 45 minutes without answer. I finally emailed and asked them to send the same phone in a different color,also HOT DEAl and same price, same phone. They shipped and billed that same day but charged $224.98 as opposed to $104.98 as agreed upon.
Unscrupulous by any standards.

"I am really disappointment by cell hut. i have order my phone on 10 DEC. first of all , they don't have that phone in stock even though they have charged me double the amount. they charged me for 2 phone instead of one.i called them cancel led my order due to not in stock and ask for the refund. it's been a week, i am trying to call them 5 times a day, email them twice a day. but not getting any reply. i am really worried how to get my money back. ridiculously horrible customer service.
