"Ordered Blueant V1. Shipping was fast. Ordered very early morning February 3rd, was delivered February 4th after 3pm. Had everything that was supposed to be in the package.
I'm using the headset with Skype through Super Mini Bluetooth 2.0 Adapter Dongle from DealExtreme. Sound quality is mostly good. Sometimes quality drops even when next to computer. People on the other side of the line have not complained about the sound quality so far, although I have not asked them about it specifically either. Dial commands do not work with computer. Other voice commands work. Sometimes headset misinterprets commands. Sometimes headset acts weird. Becomes unresponsive to voice, clicking or holding the blueant button. Then just starts working again on its own or after you plug it to computer. Sometimes it starts doing something and then you click the blueant button and it responds in a way as if it was not doing anything. Sometimes when you turn it off and back on it stops communicating with skype and sometimes you need it to just check connection status, but sometimes you actually have to pair it again (which is pretty quick, around half a minute, but still can be a nuisance). Same thing seemingly happens if you re-plug the bluetooth dongle or put computer to sleep and wake it up. I haven't tried to determine the pattern in that. Voice battery meter does not seem to have the "Low" in the charge level gauge, only High and Medium.

"It has been a nightmare so far. The wrong item was shipped and customer service is practically non-existant. My credit card company is not much more help. Disputing the charge is a huge headache.

"Sometimes, companies make mistakes, and sometimes they keep digging themselves deeper. In my case, I ordered a product from CellularAccessory.com for an overnight delivery before their 11:00am order cutoff time. The product didn't arrive. They apologized and promised to have it delivered the following day. I asked that they charge me a 2-day air rather than an overnight delivery since there was a delay. They agreed.
Well, they SENT it by 2-day air, which frustrated me even more.
The fact that this company always answered the phone and always answered their e-mail was their saving grace in my book. They resolved the problem, refunded my delivery charge, and I am left with a good feeling about the whole transaction, despite the delay."
"This company had the nerve to bill me for one of 2 items I purchased online, charge me full shipping, without first contacting me to see if I even wanted to wait for the rest of my order!
VERY shady business practice, as they could string you along for weeks or forever and not even complete the order (but you end up paying a lot more for a single item plus full shipping for both).
This dips their resellerrating below the mendoza line (5.0), and rightfull so -- learn how to run a business first, then hit the internet!"
"Good Company with Good Deals
I ordered two faceplates for my girlfriend's Samsung SCH-A310 (a zebra and a pink one). I could not find these anywhere else on the web or those little kiosks in the mall. The quality was what I expected and the price was very good. I called them up to check my order status (yahoo's order status was down) and I was only on wait for about a minute. The guy I talked to was extremely helpful.
I was a little worried I wouldn't get the order but to my surprise, everything worked out perfectly. My only complaint was the slight delay in getting the items shipped. Would do business with again!"
"I purchased a DLR - 3P cable from Cellular Accessory. The item was shipped in a few days and I recieved it a few days later. The item was defective. I called them up and they told me contact Nokia for technical assistance. I called Nokia and confirmed that the cable was defective.
Cellular Accessory told me that they can only do a replacement and that they have to charge my credit card again for the whole price, ship out the replacement. Once I have the replacement, I will recieve an RMA number in that package.
Few weeks passed before I got an email saying my credit card had expired. I gave them the new credit card information. Two weeeks later I get an email saying that the warehouse does not have the cable in stock and will have to wait. Two more weeks pass and I recieve the replacement.
I very carefully enclosed all the items in the return box. Made sure I even included all the paper work and even the plastic wrappers, with the cable ties. Sent the return item to them.(through regular mail)
Few weeks later I get an email from them saying that there was a CD with the package and they did not recieve it back. I was appaled at this and called them to tell them that the package does not come with a CD. They said, it was a mistake and they will refund the money for the cable.
Later I get another email saying that a floppy was missing. I called again to tell them that I enclosed the Floppy in the box.
I talked to their return manager, who insisted that the floppy was missing. What proof can I have that the floppy was in the box. Nevertheless, I tried to work with them and told them that if they can swap that cable with another cable, then perhaps I can sell it on ebay. The manager agreed to do that. But now he wanted to charge me shipping and handling. I even agreed to pay shipping on it. Atleast I will get something.
About a month and a half later, I get no answer from them. I called up and again talked to the manager. He told me that the credit card was declined. (this is a complete lie. he also told me that the customer service had sent me an email regarding that another lie )
I gave him the credit card information again and lets see what he does this time. I personally think these people are just making stories to take money from you and not honour returns."
"I ordered two car chargers, a rapid charger, and a new battery for my Nokia 3360. Prices were excellent and shipping was reasonable, shipping turnaround was fine. The chargers work fine, although the battery was DOA. They cross-shipped me a different battery (they paid shipping both ways), and actually shipped me a nicer battery at no extra charge. Customer service was responsive and polite. All in all, a good experience."
