I followed my way through checkout only to be notified the next day that the item was, in fact, not in stock and would not be available for another FORTY days. Follow-up conversations with them were rude and disinterested. The item looked nice, and I was happy to pay their cut rate price. I just wish they hadn't wasted my time (and from the looks of it, others' time as well). Buyer beware."

Scratches and not even in original holder for box, random string on it, some bogus price tag just thrown in the bottom of box..watch was not neatly placed in box...so obviously used I can't even fathom the carelessness. "i ordered the d&g watch on 7/9/10, website stated item is available and should ship within 7-10 days. waited and waited and status of my order was " awaiting fulfillment" so i called and the rep told me they order the watch from another vendor and it is being shipped to them and then when they get it they will ship it to me,so we were looking at 3 weeks till i get my watch and i was charged for shipping. So i called in another couple of days and the rep told me they got it in stock and it will ship within 24hrs. so i look at my bank account the next day and the money is back on my account. i called they said oh we are sorry the watch didnt arrive with the bunch that we ordered so can you wait another week!! so ofcourse i told them this isnt a way to run a business at all. If the watch is avail then it is at their warehouse and ready to ship if not or if they arent sure they shouldnt say it is avail then and lie about it. horrible experience NEVER AGAIN!! id rather order it for much more from macys as it is a real company can can run business."

"I ordered my watch December 26th, and on Martin Luther King Jr. Day I still have not received my watch. Although online the website said that the watch was in stock, an email that I received two days after ordering told me that it was on backorder and they'd get back to me when they got the watch.
I have emailed twice and called customer service and all I get are "it should be there soon" answers that are always proven wrong as I wait and wait and wait for this watch. Honestly, the price was right but the waiting practically negates the discount.
This watch was meant to be a gift and turned out to be an embarrassment with the weeks of wait time. Very very disappointed and will not be using this vendor again.

"Buyer beware! I ordered a Tag Heuer golf watch from certifiedwatchstore.com. When I received the watch it was in working order, so I adjusted the band. Less than 10 minutes later, the hands became stuck and failed to move anymore. I called the customer service line and was told that I could exchange the watch for a new one. I was also told that the adjusted band would not be a problem. To receive the new watch, it was agreed upon that I would be charged a second time and the money for the original purchase would be refunded when they received the defective item. After a lengthy conversation with customer service and supervisors on May 17th of 2011, I was left holding the proverbial bag. I was told that the information I was given was incorrect and that they would not refund the money from the original purchase. They also refused to send me the defective watch back. After another lengthy period of time, I was told that I would be refunded the money minus the cost of a new band, which I agreed to. Less than 10 minutes after that, they called me again and told me that was not an option, per "upper management". They finally agreed to send me the defective watch after several phone calls, but only after I had to fight with them several times to get my property back. They claimed to have attempted correspondence via e-mail, but I never received any. Basically, I was left in the dark and they would have taken my money and kept the item if I wasn't vigilant about the issue. If you want a watch that works or expect good customer service, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYHTING FROM THIS WEBSITE."
