"I was allowed to add Main Cabin, go through the whole business of selecting my seats, and THEN told that I couldn't have that option. NO reason why, just a flat denial. So I had to start again, and this time, although my fare was $70 cheaper, I was told I would be assigned seats by the airline. It would have helped if there was some reason. When the confirmation came, it was cheerfully suggested that I add that Main Cabin benefit within the next 24 hours. But where's the assurance that I won't try again--and be flatly refused again? I'm also not happy that I've already received multiple emails trying to upsell me on other aspects of the flight. CheapOair was, initially, an easy-to-use site that gave me much cheaper options than I add on Southwest (usually my go-to carrier). But the flat and unexplained rejection of seat selection options and the already (less than an hour later) numerous emails I've received make me wonder if it is going to be worth it ultimately. "

Continued attempts to upsell tells me that you think I am stupid and do not know what I want at the outset, that I constantly need to be reminded of available embellishments. I know what I want. I also know what I do not want. Upselling is at the top of that list.
This dialogue box has a space for invoice #. How the hell do I find the invoice # when the screen is covered with upselling? It took almost 15 minutes just to get a complete visual of my itinerary. "
