"Order arrived without the check numbers in the microcode at bottom of check. Caused Employees' paychecks, other checks, and checks to our suppliers to be rejected from all kinds of banking platforms.
When we called, they said THIS:
"Oh, yeah, our computers made an error over a period of about two weeks a couple months ago, caused every order to have that error..."

"1/7/23- NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THIS IS TRUTH-PLEASE READ. If could give a NEGATIVE ZERO STAR I WOULD. I moved 2x 2022 (bad relationship-bad year) ordered 1 box for address change. I use few checks, most online payments. Also, think of that reading this! We used checks due to no online paying. Well, now our account numbers can be used online. I placed order July and all was fine. Moved Nov and placed another order 11/29. When checked tracking number read shipped 12/13 then NOTHING else. I checked tracking twice. By Jan 4 I was concerned, then thought to check my July tracking number and found this tracking number was used for my Nov order!!! I called 2x talked to woman that answered phone, trans me to mngr both times. They both said they didn't talk to me when I had to call back after finding they used my July shipping number. They also blamed UPS and Post Office. That was a LIE. UPS/Postal didn't have my July tracking number on my order!!! Do they think I'm that stupid! Well, my 1 box of checks were shipped to Sheboygan, WI when I'm in Illinois!!!!! I had to close/open new checking account. All they wanted was to reprint my order. I said NO! when my first order is still missing. I was also transferred to the EZ Protection company...IT'S BOGUS. It is still Checks Unlimited. It was the same woman who answered the phone first time. I was told to close my account, open a new one and call back to file claim to have more checks printed with my new account number!! LOLOLOL Why the H would I give them my new account number after all this!!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE PLAYING ROULETTE with your account number! Then the time to update your online accounts. "

I recd email for 50% off - 2 boxes for $29. I ordered on line using this offer. They charged 76.00 to my account and told me I signed up for their check guard plan. I did no such thing. These people are sneaky, scammers. And they don’t stand by their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Stay clear of this Company. I am now using checks.com which charges $24 for 200 checks. And this price includes shipping.

"As a new customer, I called Customer Service directly to place an order for 2 boxes of duplicate checks, plain and simple. I had a printout from both their website and a printed advert with an amazing discount code, so that it would be a clearly understood and straightforward order: 1st Box $5.95. 2nd Box Free + Free Shipping - New Customer. And should you choose, an In-Plant Rush to speed up printing in 1–2 days after bank confirmation. The operator continually tried to up-sell products and features - granted that's her job - but I continually said "no thank you" and referred each time to what the ad stated. So what should have been a $5.95 + $5.95 In-Plant Rush, came to a total of $50-some dollars. And when I pushed back and told her how misleading they were, she was defensive and rude, arguing that I should read the add and add things up. Then the price came down to $20-some dollars. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN YEARS. As said, the company needs to either be transparent on their website, or be shut down. Do yourselves a favor, and go elsewhere!"
"Ordered checks and they sent me a confirmation email. Process to check status of order is cumbersome. Waited a while and checks didn't arrive. Went and checked the status.
Status: Canceled
No notification. No explanation. No keeping me as a customer.

"Promo for $6 turned into $54 without asking me if I wanted a few options. I was asked about 2-3 of them and I said remove those. Then I was given a $54 total and I made her to line by line and there were 2 other options I could remove. Total ended up being around $34. No receipt was sent. 3 days later I got shipment notification and 9 business days later, still no checks. Avoid the headache. They need to shut down and find another business model. "I was extremely concerned after I placed my check order and came across all of the negative reviews. All I could do was cross my fingers and hope that my order would arrive. I placed my order on 7/31 and applied a coupon for free shipping and a percentage off of my order. The checkout process was a little tricky and there were many opportunities for upgrades to add to the order total. Make sure you take the time and uncheck boxes and fully review your order before you submit. Also, take a screenshot of your final invoice total because the amount spent is not provided in the order confirmation email. My checks arrived on 8/11 and I am very pleased. "

"My experience with checks unlimited has been very frustrating. I paid extra to expedite my checks, 19.99 + 5.99, for one-day shipping after verification. Unfortunately, my situation was urgent. So I was willing to pay to get the checks. However, my order was canceled without notification, call, or email.
If a customer is paying expedited fees, good customer service should warrant notifying the customer their order was canceled so that I can find another company instead of anxiously waiting to receive my checks in the mail.
Checks unlimited states on their website, "Our dedication to our customers is unwavering as we continue to exceed expectations when it comes to your finances." Well, they failed me, and I advise everyone not to allow them to FAIL you either. Find another check company!"
