"I re-ordered deposit slip and when they came I noticed that they renamed my bank by adding “National” into it. I called them to point out that they made a mistake and they told me to call my bank and straighten it out. (Really?) when I finally got to talk to a manager he insisted the bank told him to add National to the name and he couldn’t print the bank name without the national onto anything. Oh really? How come you did just that several years ago, I have proof I still have a book of deposit slips left. LOL. Not only that, there is an extra space in front of bank right after National which looks like a mistake to me. He wouldn’t admit their mistake but offered to refund me my money. So far I haven’t seen it….. might have to dispute the charge and throw this garbage out. Will never order from them again. "
"Ordered checks (and paid for them) nearly a year ago (Jan 2021). I have sent emails asking where are the checks? NEVER received a reply and here we are Jan 2022...and still no checks and still no reply! DO NOT buy your checks from these crooks."

"ordered checks on 11-16-21. have been a customer with this company for many years. previously have received checks in a timely manner. today it is 11-30-21 haven't received my four boxes of checks. I called customers services and was told that the checks were mailed out today. I asked the reason for the delay and was told since I was a new customer they had to verify my information. as I previously stated I have been with this company for many years. this service is unacceptable. they made all kinds of excuses for the delay and not once did a receive an apology. I am done with this company. this will be the last order that they will receive from me. I would suggest that anyone thinking of ordering from them should think again."

"Spent hours trying to process an order with a discount that was provided. Each time I tried to complete the process the price changed. I was finally able to submit the order with a price that was close to what I was expecting to pay. Next I received an email telling me my order was on hold and I needed to send proof of my address. Proof could either be the check reorder form, a check showing my name and address, or a utility bill with the same information. I scanned and sent the check reorder form from the existing checkbook. Then another email saying they needed more information. End result, I cancelled the order, placed the order with another company, and saved almost 50% for the exact same check and quantity. After cancelling the order, I am still receiving phone calls asking for information. On top of it all, their customer service people are rude. "

"They send an order confirmation that has no information - what ordered, cost, etc. Then they cancelled my order without telling me. I hadn't got it in three weeks so checked it and it had been cancelled without my knowledge. I consider myself lucky because at least I wasn't charged more than I was supposed to be (I think! I am not sure what I paid with since there is not mention of that on the receipt or the screenshot I took after ordering. Customer service was of no help. I would definitely say, avoid them like the plague! "

I ordered checks from them and at checkout they kept adding more money to my order for things that were not mentioned at first. After I spent a long time to check them off, it said I qualify for a $10 cash back. The required my credit card number and at checkout I ended up being charged on my credit card from an external website. This Checksunlimited website is Not SAFE it is a SCAM. I am so glad I used my credit card so they couldn't get into my debit card.
IT IS NOT WORTH IT. It's better to order somewhere else safer.

"Checks Unlimited service is slow to respond for requests to fix issues. Horrible customer service where they blame the customers but not themselves for issues they didn’t fix in a timely manner. I would not recommend them to anyone. Better service at other companies."
