"I love the things I ordered and I suppose that's the bottom line. My reason for the four-star review is because Chico's communication re this order was horrible. There was literally no way to track my order. I ordered two items and only one showed up on-line as "shipped." I tried to use "Live Chat" and couldn't get connected because they were too busy. Chico's wasn't taking phone calls so that option was out, too. Very poor customer service. My items both showed up in the same package so their communication on the items shipped was wrong, too. I realize it's Christmas and everyone is coping with covid, but we all knew Christmas was coming, didn't we? We've been working with covid for months, haven't we? I appreciate it's difficult but it seems to be a lack of preparation on the part of Chico's along with a lack of commitment to their customers."

I truly appreciate that my navy shirt from last year will still go with newer style navy pants from this year! Chico’s does not hide reviews. We can count on each other to add helpful hints on sizing and opinions are all created equal. I am on the younger end of their shopper age range. Due to my job, I need clothing that looks smart and classy. Blazers and trousers were a horror to shop for before I found Chico’s. This is the only store I shop from now and have turned many people on to their line. While I liked the Marla W. Additions, some of the newer dresses from other lines are not falling into their typical sizing. It has made me hesitate to order those new brands. I do wish they would start to offer some of the flats seen on the models! My store locations in Massachusetts always have great staff and they never make you feel bad about an exchange or return. I worked in retail for many years and give them great compliment! I appreciate the passport discount and sales. It keeps me satisfied about great pricing so I’m not searching elsewhere. Never stop making ankle length pants - short people everywhere thank you, Chico’s!!!"
