"You sent my order to my old house! When I called I was told that I would need to contact new resident of my old house and try to get my order. Chico’s was given my proper P O Box to where it was to be sent. Tracking down my order is not an option for me so I want my money back.

"I use to go to Chico's at least twice a month before our store in San Luis Obispo closed. I miss the shopping experience & the great gals that worked there. Now I shop on line & it is not always a happy ending. My orders got mixed up with someone else twice. The wrong size was sent. The last couple of orders sent by mail, were so wrinkled I still have not been able to get the wrinkles out. I won't be ordering as much, sorry to say. Really no need to as I have two closets full of Chico's clothes."
