"My first and last time shopping at Chico's. I ordered pants per the size chart - way too big, like two sizes. They must use some new math, their sizing is awful, when did a size 4 become a size 0? I returned pants for exchange weeks ago and have not heard a word, not even that they've been received?? I tried to exchange a sweater in person - the store doesn't carry size their size 000 or even 00. At least they took the sweater back and gave me the credit. I can't stop all the emails, sometimes 3 a day - seriously - because I'm waiting on my exchange. I even tried to change it to 1 a week, still waiting for that to happen. "
