The quality of the clothing and the service have not been affected by the pandemic. Chico's can be trusted. My only complaint is that Chico's does not recognize my email anymore. I don't know what to do about this. I have tried everything I know to do. "
"Ordered from Chico’s early November for package to be delivered in Miami so that I would have plenty of time to get my package before Christmas. I heard nothin from them my daughter went into their store late November
Only to find out the order was not shipped and they did not have two of the blouses so she had to reorder she also bought two items in your store to be shipped to Miami. The first week of December we ordered another item from Chico ‘s Off The Rack I paid for two day shipping on all these items and it’s now December 19 and have not received any of these packages."

"Have ordered 3 items in my first order and such saw 2 more items, a beautiful top and some So Slimming Bridgett pants, and with additional discounts, these 5 beautiful articles of clothing are really a great deal. Cannot wait until they arrive. Chico's website is easy to use. If you should have to stop shopping, when you come back your order is still there. This feature saves so much time.

"Ordered items 11/26; noted as “shipped” 11/28. No updates after 12/2. Tried contacting Chico’s by email and re received automated response they are not responding to emails. Went to their website and tried to online chat and it was “not available”. Had to call and of course they were experiencing high call volumes so was on hold 20+ minutes just to finally be told it wasn’t their fault as their shipper was running behind due to Covid issues. Yet their website was still claiming receipt of orders in 3-5 days. I still have no resolution and plan to just cancel the order. "
"I ordered a dress and was sent a blouse. I returned my item immediately. When I checked my refund it was $8 short. I called Chicos and they confirmed my thought that I was charged shipping because I used their label. I was refunded my $8 with no problem. The quick handling of the refund erases the wrong item issue for me... 5 stars"
