"I specifically ordered a black velvet tunic and in order to get free shipping, I ordered a couple of other items. I received the other items, but not the tunic. I was told it was "processing". About 10 days after that, I called customer service and was told it wasn't "processing" it had been cancelled! The tunic was out of stock. The customer rep then checked to see if any store had it in stock and she found two stores and was supposed to call me back after making arrangements with one of the store's to fulfill my order and for me to call the store and I never heard another word. I also have never had any update to my order that says "processing." I only placed the order to get the tunic and then never got it - very dissappointed in Chico's!"

Apparently, and I was not obvious, the dress was not Chico’s but a different brand and was a junior’s size 2 not a Chico’s size 2. Not good!
