"Ordered a console bar cabinet in mid March 2022. They charged my CC immediately. Four months later no word on when I will receive the item. Called them multiple times and no one answers. A couple of months ago they called me to schedule delivery. Still haven’t received it! Thankfully I placed hold on the CC payment. Now their website won’t even load!!"
"I bought a Howard miller grandfather clock in mid March 2022 $4885.00 .delivery date should be 2nd week in April 2022. Up to this date I haven't received the clock. Customer service has given me several dates, all lies. This company should be investigated by the FBI for fraud/scamming. I strongly recommend that no one do business with these scammers. "Update since writing my initial,review. As of May 26 their Website and Facebook page are down. Company has most likely gone out of business. Liars and Crooks. Website is deceitful. No two day shipping, every day is a “one day only” sale, no free gifts without giving up other discounts, multiple shipping statuses on their order tracking to make it look like your order is moving forward. $1,369 immediately charged on credit card but two months later no product. No way to talk with a live person, no callbacks. Two weeks ago my login was no longer recognized on their website. Two hours later was finally able to get a new password to work on their site but remained locked out of their order tracking page. Today their website is down. No response to emails asking for help. Have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They address the frequent complaints with the Better Business Bureau by pointing out their five star reviews and saying every business is having shipping issues right now. Well then stop advertising two day shipping, you morons! Will be filing with the BBB and any other site to lodge my complaint. These guys are crooks. "
"Ordered and paid for a clock in December of 2021. Despite apparently bogus "updates" on delivery status, extensive attempts to reach a representative by phone, still no clock that I paid over $3,000, still no clock. They have my money, but the clock I purchased for a Christmas gift for my mother has never been delivered. On the one occasion that my Dad was able to talk with a live person, he was promised the clock would be delivered in 7 days. That was months ago. As the other negative reviews confirm, a person should not do business with this company. "
"Ordered a Grandfather clock January 27, 2022 for over $5300. Its now May 16th, and I still have not received the clock but you best believe they took the money out of my account the day I ordered. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling their joke of customer service multiple times and have yet to receive any response or call back. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. For months they kept pushing back delivery times, then last week my order finally said delivery in progress. Now it shows no updates and I still do not have the clock. Do yourself a favor and run very far away from this company. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. "
"I just received my curio cabinet we bought. It is such a beautiful and surprisingly well built. We ordered a week ago and received it today which is excellent fast service. We are already putting our China collection in it and its almost full. I may need another cabinet! Overall great experience. I will definitely recommend this site."
"Ordered mantel clock on March 2nd with estimated delivery in 2 days. Almost immediately got an e-mail pushing delivery by two weeks. Then every week or so, got another e-mail, continuing to push delivery by another two weeks. Now May 7th (60+ days from order), I still don't have my clock. Unlike other merchants, they charge card at time of order and not when the items ships. Now in an attempt to cancel, I get "we don't accept cancellations. You have to receive the merchandise and request a return to get a refund". Not acceptable processes. I understand the supply chain issues at present, but have called two other merchants who have the item in stock, so this is a localized issue with ClockWay. I would suggest you never order from them....but if you do, insist on payment only when item has shipped. And even then, get them to commit to allow order cancellations. "

I ordered 2 cabinets for almost $4000.
The cabinets were apparently in stock and supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Well, it has been 2 months and delivery truck clearly got lost.
Impossible to speak to anyone and the automated service is giving the same message for 2 months.
I’m ready to dispute the charges.

The shelves were dovetailed and little details like that are what I was looking for. The delivery was fast and included delivery inside my house. They had very efficient customer service as I had to contact the, during delivery. They were polite and guided me. I will definitely be telling tell my family and friends about this wonderful site.
