"I have purchased several items over the years from here and have always had an excellent experience. Delivery has always been on time and they keep me updated throughout. My most recent purchase was a bar cabinet. I was a little hesitant because it was such a big piece. However the delivery went seamless and they threw the carboard out to boot. Their customer service has always been consistently warm and genuine. I would definitely shop with them again and I highly recommend them to my family and friends."
"Do you self a huge favor and run away and fast from this company. It is a complete scam. I ordered a bar cabinet back in November and it still has not been delivered. I do not believe that they even have the cabinet to sell. They are banking on the consumer getting so frustrated that they walk away. I am not walking away from a $3000 product! I am reporting this company as a fraud to my credit card company ASAP. The “company” does not respond to emails or calls. When you do finally get someone, they just give you the run-around and say the shipment is so close, yet they can’t give a specific date. They say that they only ship stuff on Fridays, so you have to wait another week to see if it happens to ship out. It is a nightmare. I want to warn anyone that will listen, PLEASE avoid this company! "Early in November 2021 I placed an order with Clock Way and started getting a confusing bar graph concerning delivery. Finally, on February 1,2022, after a 3- month delay, I cancelled, and the next day did receive an acknowledgment of cancellation. Don't know if it was a supply chain issue but I have never experienced a delay of this magnitude and Clock Way's responses did not provide any explanation of the delay or a clear expectation of a delivery date."

"You buy something from Amazon or Wayfair and you have an issue, you call them and in 60 seconds you get a rep to FULLY resolve the issue. I had to buy 2 wall clocks from clockaway, because first one didn’t work. Called several times, sent multiple emails, finally got them to return the product. "I ordered a liquor cabinet from them back in October. They began the shipping process but stopped it because they didn't send it to a carrier with white glove service in my area. I called and told them that I didn't care if it was white glove or not and they said, sorry, the reshipment process has already started, they'll see what they can do. Here we are in December and they keep postponing my shipment by weeks at a time with no definitive date. For the last 6 weeks it's been "it will be just a few weeks now". On their site today it's says early January expected ship date.
I canceled my order last week. The rep said they will process it and send me a confirmation email. I never received one. Called again multiple times, can't get them on the phone. Sent multiple emails with no response. They have not credited my account or confirmed my cancelation. Next step is to have the credit card company go after them.
Covid or no Covid, I expect better response and a clear cancelation reply."

"We ordered a bar cabinet costing more than $2k in early July. The first notices regarding shipping came within a reasonable length of time. After 2 months (which we allowed, given the mess Covid seems to have made of shipping) we emailed asking for updates. No response. Then we received an email asking for a good review and to contact their company if we were about to give a bad one. I sent another email and received a generated update with information that our order was at the shipping location and waiting for a delivery ticket. Another two weeks passed, during which I sent another email, and we actually received a call from a real person. He said he was calling to ask whether there were Covid restrictions in our location, and that we’d be receiving a call in the next few days to schedule delivery. That was more than two weeks ago. Two days ago I called during their designated open hours and got a recording saying I was calling outside business hours. I left a scathing message, but have received no return call. I will be contacting the BBB and the AG’s office next.

P.S. The delivery was finally made and the bar arrived with no damage. I did receive another call after the above review was posted. It was a very pleasant and conciliating man who assured me that the bar would be arriving soon. After a fairly prolonged conversation about the various delays and alleged reasons for them (interspersed with apologies), he asked me to revise my review. Poor judgement. It led me to question all the previous assurances as given strictly for the purpose of inclining me to give a more positive review, and to be skeptical of any real change in the progress of my order. I replied that I would not revise my review until I received my order. Fast forward to two weeks ago when I received a call from the actual delivery service (CEVA a/k/a Fireball). After a minimal amount of back-and-forth, a mutually acceptable delivery date and time was arranged and the bar was delivered as promised. Or almost as promised: I was told it would be between 12 noon and 4pm. It came after 7pm and darkness had fallen. However, the delivery men were kind enough to actually bring it inside, which was not previously scheduled. They get high marks.
Regarding the quality of the bar, it seems sturdy enough and is very much as pictured. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a bank of outlets installed unobtrusively in the bar itself, making the connection of blenders or other electric accessories quite accessible. We also like the convenience of having the interior light come on when the left door is opened. The finish on the piece is less than high quality and upon close inspection is a bit plastic-y, but overall appears adequate from across the room. Would I buy it again having a better idea of its quality? Probably no. But it’s finally here, and doing the job for which we ordered it.
Final word: with the ubiquitous poor delivery and customer service issues these days (Covid-related or just claimed to be such), extra communication with one’s customers is CRUCIAL. No one likes feeling ignored. "
