"We placed an order on August 21, 2021 and are unable to get a delivery date. We have emailed multiple times and the response is always that my request is being submitted as urgent. We have phoned multiple times and told four different times our clock would be delivered and it wasn't. My last call I was told we would receive an email within 48 hours with our delivery date and that was two weeks ago. When trying to cancel my order via their online form the response is sorry we are unable to process your request at this time please try again later. When trying to leave a 1 star review on their site we get the same response. I plan to seek recourse, first through our credit card company."
"We ordered a grandfather clock through this site and it was definitely less expensive than other stores. They kept us updated during the entire process and notified us when it came time for delivery. The delivery called and setup a two hour window which was great and even called when they were on the way. Our grandfather clock is now a gorgeous addition to our home, very built construction and attention to detail, even more beautiful in person. They went above and beyond my expectations, very friendly. All around I am 100% satisfied from beginning to end and would certainly recommend it."

4 weeks ago (3 weeks after order) they said my clock was hung up on a train in Ill.
That was a month ago.
Be VARY WARY of their “policies”. You’re not dealing with Amazon here. 25% restocking.
Policies are contradictory. “fill refunds and no restocking fees”.
BUT read further on their website!

"Ordered a Howard Miller curio cabinet almost 3 weeks ago. It was advertised to have free expedited shipping and white glove delivery. My credit card was billed immediately. After a few days I checked to see why it hadn’t shipped. I was told that white glove was not available in my area but it could be shipped with minimal contact shipping. I agreed to this even though I know white glove is available here. Two weeks later and it still has not shipped. I have now stopped payment on my credit card. "
"I placed an order over a month ago for a wine/bar cabinet. My credit card was charged within 2 days of making the purchase, and I still have not received my order. Checking the order on their website, it shows "Order Status: Booking Delivery Ticket". It's been in that status for over 10 days. I've called their customer service # and was told I would receive an email with an update on my order. That was a week ago, and I've not received any email yet.
This is completely unacceptable. I can't get an estimated delivery date, a tracking number, or even an email stating they're sorry for taking so long.
I wished I had just gone to a local furniture store. Lesson learned."

"The sales and customer service advertised on the website are fake. The sales are the same every day. They list a customer service number with hours but it doesnt actually exist; you call the number in service hours and it just directs you to an online customer service center, which is just an FAQ. They have no actual customer service on the phone and they don't send you tracking info for your packages. They don't provide actually tracking info and give you a bogus shipping timeline ORDER STATUS DETAILS that just sits at delivery terminal for a week or more. To this day, I don't know if this is a scam site or not, but they are absolutely deceptive in their website advertising and practices."
"There were some delivery issues but they were resolved and I now have a beautiful glass cabinet as I had wanted. After reaching out to customer service the information was updated and I was kept informed by both the seller and the actual shipper. The delivery was spot on and the guys delivering were helpful, polite and left no packaging.
