But I received something with name: RIALTO MECH PCKTWTCH.
And NO ones word about SWISS MECHANICAL !!! Just pocket watch made in China.
And they do not sent INVOICE, just pies of paper with shipping info and very short description w/o price.

Customer service is terrible.
They provide phone number ***-***-**** – but this is answer machines – leave message and we will call back… or go to web-site and send message – we will answer in 24-48 hrs…

I would like to return this item and have requested the RMA number via online on web-site. So, they will review my request in 24-72 hrs and e-mail RMA# to me in 5-10 days with return address…
I call to sell person via tool free number and told with Nickol – she give me customer service number and disconnected…

I have sent feedback via online… no any responses. But after my msg they deleted words “Swiss Mechanical” in item description on web-site.

That’s looks like they sell fake watches made in China and wont return money.
