"Update! I just received a call (04/06/2017) from Mike on behalf of Clockway after rating and giving a review on here and contacting them via email/customer support a few days ago. He apologized for the inconvenience and provided me details of a delay with my order. To meet expectations as a customer and in reference to the delay of my order, he offered $300 back from the order in original payment. Therefore my rating has changed from a one star to a five star. It will take nine more days until the delivery of my order takes place along with a phone call some time to schedule a delivery time. Mike ensured that Sun Delivery handles packages very well and professionally with care. So in return I hope my item comes in great condition. With my $300 money back, he says it will take 4-5 business days until the money will be received. Mike also informed me that they are working on meeting customer expectations and working to fulfill those needs to deliver the best customer service that they can provide from reviews. I will be back on to give another update according to my money back and the order/item. :)
Placed my order three weeks ago in addition to being charged $729 and something cents for a curio display case. Received an email about a week or so after with a tracking number along with a link. This link provided within the email along with my order number in addition to filling out a tracking request on clockway's website had absolutely no detailed information on where my order is. It states that someone will call me to arrange a drop off time for the item but I have yet to receive any calls or any further details on my order. I also tried reaching customer service according to its Pacific hours of operation to speak with a representative through phone with no luck other than an automated machine that led me to the main screen. Useless! I have also filled out a form through its website with details stating my concern and have yet to hear back. I want a refund of my order. This is ridiculous. I know that standard free shipping within the U.S. for orders should take no longer than 10 days to process and receive according to service level agreements. If there was an issue regarding my order such as back orders, it would have been professional to have received/contacted about it and it would have been nice to have NOT been charged for an order that has not even been processed/shipped. "

I ordered a clock for a retirement party gift which was delivered a few days before the promised date, however, the engraved plate for t he clock was missing (it was being prepared at another location). Upon calling customer service two days before the party to explain how important the engraved plate was, Clock Way over-nighted the plate at no extra charge and it arrived the next morning in time for the retirement party. "Don't order a clock from clock way. My $195.00 wall clock. Was to big for my room. It was free shipping and money back guarantee. However it was to be returned on my money which cost $120. Post office or $109. Ups. Then the free shipping was to be deducted from my reimbursement $23.50 then they gave me a free engraved Placard size was 2 inches by one inch. Now on top of the costs to return it they will deduct $22.00 for the free place. Rip off. So disappointed. DDon't order a clock from clock way. I had to keep the clock because it would cost too much to return it. Don't;t order from clock way"

The clock had wear, flat spots on the wheels and bushing wear with gear wobble. They would not give a refund but only a replacement from the same manufacturer that sent me a used clock the first time."
