"Having a very bad time with this merchant (questioning whether they really do have clocks and truly deliver them!) Like another person said, I placed an order online and received email confirmation. The amount was charged to my credit card 1-May-2012 and since I've just received sketchy follow up emails stating a high demand for the item, two different expected ship-dates and one that the "order has been processed" with a "tracking number" that led to a dead end on a UPS site.
When I've called Clockway's Customer Service, multiple times, the calls mysteriously dropped. I haven't even been able to reach someone to cancel my "order" and receive a credit. I am now pursuing it through my credit card company. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering--the site appeared legitimate. I appreciate those before me who took the time to warn about this "merchant.""

"I ordered a clock on 12/28/11 and my card was charged on 12/30/11. Web site states orders will be shipped in 2-3 days. I sent three requests for information on my order and received three automated replies that my request would be answered in 72 hrs,never received any answers. Telephoned customer service on 01/09/12 and was told my order would be shipped on 01/10/12. Never received a tracking email. Telephoned customer service on 01/13/12 and was told my order had just been shipped on this day. I still have not received any sort of tracking email. I do a lot of internet shopping and this is the worst site I have ever encountered. I have no idea if I will ever get my order and plan to report them to the State Attorney General's office if no reponse by next week. Horrible experience."

"You can tell alot from a company not on how they sell a product but how they support you after you purchase the product. I purchased a clock from clock way and I had questions on how to set the clock. I called their support line and the support guy spent 40 minutes teaching me how to run my clock. He even told me how radio controlled clocks work. They are very knowledgeable and take the extra effort. This in my opinion is a sign of a great company. I'm very happy with my purchase."

"Received a badly damaged mirror. Called the company and managed to get a "live" body. I was referred back to their website to request a replacement and told they would send me a return label. They have A LOT of restrictions and requirements on returns so I was very careful to follow everything to the "T". Well 3 weeks pass and no replacement, no return. When I tried to make contact again.....I went through a horrific MAZE of voicemail options and could NOT get a live body. I was also "dropped" in the process several times. I since have emailed them several times with no response. So at this time I have a boxed up broken mirror that has been sitting in my entry way for several weeks and a charge on my credit card for over $300. I will NEVER buy from this company again!!"

"We purchased a 24" clock on October 5, 2009. Product was delivered with a broken bracket and the broken piece was rattling around in the package. The item was returned via email RMA. Two weeks went by and after several calls (Nicole, Renetta, Mandy), we were advised product return was received and product was brand new, no damage. HUH? After the returned clock was received, it took more than two weeks and numerous phone calls to get the refund. Nicole says accounting will be contacted. No return call to us. Kept calling until accounting said refund will be sent. We finally received refund 11/19/09. Customer service lacks attention to detail and professionalism."
