I received my items within 5-7 business days. So far everything is working perfectly.

My only concerns were when I opened up the Asus box, it was a bit messy inside. The sound riser card wasn't inside it's plastic bag, the manual looked like it had been handled quite a bit and the 2 driver cd's were just tucked inside of it. There was also an empty bag. I couldn't figure out was was supposed to go into it. It looked big enough to fit the manual but the manual was too thick. "
