"Clubit's RMA process seems fair and honest though my RMA experience is mixed.

They shipped out a replacement motherboard immediately upon receipt of returned motherboard. However, I had asked and payed for a different brand motherboard.

I wound up receiving two motherboards and had to send one back--via not accepting fedex delivery. Though the refund for it had been slow in coming (12 days), Clubit's customer service has now been responsive--Thanks, ResellerRatings.com.

Clubit.com 's web site does not show complete transaction history for an account.

Under My Account, it shows Order and RMA histories but lacks a refund/credit history. It would be reassuring to see that a credit had been issued while waiting for Master Card to post.

With some Process and Web Site improvements, I may consider purchasing from Clubit.com in the future.

ClubIt was one of the few sites who had these and on that rare occasion the websit noted that it was in stock.
