"Parts dept is great. I submitted a part order online. They contacted me to let me know what I ordered wouldn’t fit my car and gave me the correct item number. When we got the part and checked it against my car we realized it wouldn’t be a DIY job so had to return it. "
"The first time I thought I ordered a part, the order was never placed. The second time I ordered a part on the Coggin parts website, I had called the day before and was told it had arrived. The next day I drove there to p/u my part and was told it was backordered. Time is money and gas is not free!!! Zero stars is what your company is worth."

"Went to the dealer looking for a Limited Tacoma. They didn’t have one and didn’t have one coming in. Went to a dealer in Orlando who had exactly what I wanted in the color and interior I wanted. Nothing wrong with Coggin. Just not a big inventory. AutoNation Toyota in Orlando was huge and had more than I could believe ready to drive home today. Bottom line is I went home with a new Toyota. "
