Coggin parts department had the items pulled together and ready for pickup within one day! Very happy with that service overall. The parts department personnel at Coggin have always been really helpful and courteous when I go to the parts counter for something. They have a better parts breakdown system to help locate what's needed but if you already have the part numbers you need and can order online (from Coggin) you will get a much better price."
"My husband arrived at 6:05 pm and the lady at the desk Diana refused him bc she said they were closed. We both work in customer service and I would not turn someone away because of 5 minutes. We both work long hours and he got off as early as he could to get there. He left without getting help. I showed up on Friday 4/13 to get our order. The lady at the desk was not very friendly but she helped me. The guy that was there was awesome and actually helped me carry my order to the truck. Toyota parts needs more people with his customer service skills! I will hopefully not have to order anything else through you guys due to how my husband was treated by Diana. "

"I ordered and paid for a part on the Toyota parts portal but was given a lower priced part when I picked it up at Coggin Toyota. I was told that even though both part numbers are for sale online, the higher priced one had been superseded by the lower priced one. I was told there was no way to refund the difference without a new order. 1) why offer a part if it isn’t available? 2) why the attempt to fool the customer by delivering a cheaper part? Bad business on the part of Coggin. Maybe on Toyota or SET too?"
