"I had a deposit for a new vehicle but after not hearing from my salesman for almost 3 months, I contacted the dealership to find out the status. Initially I wasn't happy about not hearing back for so long but after I made my own search, and found the vehicle I wanted, the Sales Manager contacted me immediately. He apologized for the lack of communication, and promptly rectified the process to find the right vehicle. He was able to find the right vehicle and routed it to the dealership within a week. And hence forth, the Sales Manager was very responsive and pro-active in the process. He got us the right vehicle, and we were able to drive it home shortly thereafter. I am giving the dealership a 5 star rating despite my initial disappointment because once this was handled correctly, it was done with sincerity and professionalism. It restored my confidence in trusting this dealership to find the right vehicle, and to be responsive in my buying process."
