"Ordered wiper insert, three, after their web page stated available. Received confirmation tgat items were on hand I would pick up. Then, about an hour later received email that they did not stock these items? Wiper blade inserts for 2016 RAV4? UNTRUTHFUL! DECEIVING! UNETHICAL! They do have them on hand because I called after I received email that they did not stock them."

"Was changing seals, water pump and timing belt on my 01 4Runner on a Sunday and ended up breaking a few teeth on the timing gear getting it out. Ordered the part online and it was there on Tuesday! "

Easy part return

"Was given the incorrect part # by one of the sales associates in the parts department for a window trim piece. My son picked it up and noticed it was incorrect. A return was initiated for the ordered part and the new/correct part number was given so we could order it online. When orders are made online you are taking responsibility for ordering the correct part; however, in the case of the wrong part ordered, that was from information given by the employee and there was no issue returning it. I still don't understand why it is cheaper to order the part online than when it's ordered in person at the counter. "
