"Online order pickup takes to long for pickup 6hrs"

"Called to see if they had floor mats in stock. Found they were fairly easy and was quoted a price $179. Found if I ordered online they were $132. Ordered and about an hour later went to pick them up. PARTS is in the far back corner and very hard to find. The parts department is a small hole in the wall with 2 people. The Gentleman told me they were not ready and they would email me when they were. After telling him to just cancel them he said he would pull them. While waiting I observed the other CS rep
interacting and she seemed less than enthised as well. In the end I got the mats at $132 and vowed not to return. This is my 2nd less than stellar interaction at this place."
