"...the wonderfully dedicated customer service in assisting us get through Katapult who used to be Zibby. Katapult is terrible, backing out of contract agreements right in the middle of approved credit amounts! If we didnt really want Coleman's furniture, we would have cancelled the entire process with Katapult...almost did several times.
Enough talk about the company that failed and lets speak about a great company Coleman Furniture! Excellent service. We have not had our furniture delivered yet but if the furniture quality meets with the Customer Service quality, (Especially Melissa!!), then we have no worries. Initially, they did take a bit long to get it manufactured and shipped, but Melissa of their financial Customer Service made up for that! Melissa, hope this review goes up far the ladder at Coleman. You made and sold us on the company by your efforts and sticking right with us all the way! Great job Melissa! I know others assisted her and praise should be for them too! My wife and I were very frustrated with Katapult, you went above and beyond to make it happen and it speaks volumes for your company you work for.
I'm sure my wife would have much more to say but she is not home at present. I hope I speak for her here.

"I ordered a bench for direct delivery in addition to an entertainment center, couch, chair and two end tables for white glove delivery. The bench arrived (waiting on the others) and one of the sides was broken. The whole thing, even if I could assemble it with the broken arm piece, is wildly off kilter and lining up screws would be difficult, if not impossible We're talking about a $300 bench. And now I'm really worried about the status of the items I spent another $3800 on. I've emailed Coleman, waiting for a response. Thanks for informing us about the bench issue. We're sorry to hear that your bench arrived damaged and we'd like to do whatever is needed to resolve the case for you. Our customer service team will reach out to you soon, but for now, please hold onto the item and its packaging, as it may be needed for the return.
In regards to your other order: the entertainment center and nightstands have arrived at the local delivery company and will be joined mid next week by your living room set. Once all items are in-bounded, you'll be contacted to schedule the delivery and in-home setup.
