"We purchased a sectional couch and coffee table from them on Nov 11. It is now Jan 3 and we have no couch and only the short part of the sectional. The coffee table never arrived. They claim the shipping company has it. But, we haven't seen it. When they tried to deliver the couch, the delivery company didn't protect it at all and as a result, they ripped the leather in several spots and they scuffed the leather in several spots. Then they DROPPED it and broke the main support beam. This was in early December. We have been waiting for them to repair the couch and today got an email saying the parts are on back order. So, who knows when we will get it! I called Coleman telling them to either send me a new couch or just refund my money for both and I'll go somewhere else. They replied that they have a FIVE DAY REFUND POLICY!!!! And, they would charge me if I tried to cancel it! I told them that I paid for a brand new couch and they are trying to pawn off a repaired couch on me. Then they said that in their "terms and conditions" they Reserve the right to repair it. Just take a look at their BBB rating! Everyone has the same problems with them. "
