"I purchased a pricey bedroom set and an hour before first delivery attempt was informed that the hardware package is incomplete and bed cannot be assembled. I rejected delivery and we had to put the old bed back together. A week later during 2nd delivery, not only was a piece of headboard light broken off and scratches left on hardwood floor but during assembly they discovered that the platform was not delivered. So we could not use the bed until they finally delivered it the next day. Horrible delivery experience, but the bedroom set looks good."
