"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience!!! It's coming on 1.5 months now and still no furniture. First, they messed up my delivery - they came before my time window when I was not there after I had cleared everything out of my room. Their next available appt I could do was 2 WEEKS LATER. Then, 2 weeks later they came and delivered my furniture and banged and damaged my wall. Every single piece of the furniture (chest, dresser, 2 nightstands, and 4 piece bed) were damaged/looked used. Even had the bed not had oil stains on it and marker on the fabric on the headboard, they wouldn't have been able to put it together because they did not have all the pieces that should have come with it. The delivery men told me next steps were 1) Schedule a tech to come out to evaluate whether or not it was "damaged" 2) Schedule a different tech to come out and repair 3) Schedule another delivery for the items that needed to be replaced. That is three more separate appointments!!!!! So I refused the delivery, which means they loaded the furniture back up and left with it, leaving all of the wrapping paper and tape all over my bedroom. Three weeks later and no ETA. They refuse to give me my money back without charging me $700 - for delivery of all the used/damaged items and a 15% restocking fee. They are currently "fixing" my furniture that was supposed to be new to begin with. It has been very stressful, and I have zero faith my furniture will be delivered in decent condition any time soon if ever."

"This company will deliver used and broken furniture to you then try and charge you for them to take it back after refusing to send a new properly functioning piece of furniture (which is what they should be sending anyways). It is now 2 weeks later and we still have unusable furniture and Coleman Furniture refuses to fix the problem. Should you happen to have the displeasure of dealing with this company, hopefully you do not get Cierra. I have never dealt with someone quite so nasty while trying to get a solution to a problem caused by her company. Make sure to check the yelp reviews as they are the only real ones. The majority of the “good” ones are fake from a marketing program paid for by Coleman Furniture. Save yourself a ton of time and buy your furniture literally anywhere else. We would have gotten better quality from Facebook marketplace."
