"In a nutshell, it was ordered on 9/10 and delivered on 11/4. During that time I received 3 standardized emails. Each one got progressively got worse in reference to how many more weeks we were going to have to wait. It wasn't until my credit card was charged did I follow up. They said we got charged because it was at our local delivery warehouse. So, I got the delivery companies number and made arrangement to get it delivered the following Monday. Had I not followed up, I'm not so sure when, or if, we'd have it. Overall, the communication was very poor, but the sectional and ottoman are awesome!"
